Just some observations on my recent experiences with Debbie S. from Amberg Insurance at this…read morelocation: Debbie spent considerable time with me reviewing policies from a previous agency, and showed me several options for my consideration which would mean increased coverage and a lower premium. One option, was a suggestion to obtain a safe boating certificate which would lower premium even further. Having paid in full the premium prior to the certificate I expected that some time in the future I might see the credit and or a reduction in a future premium.. I have no doubt that Debbie worked her magic, and within 3 business days of emailing her a copy of the certificate I received a $63.00 credit from the insurer. As a new customer with Debbie, I did send multiple emails asking for information, options, and clarifications that even in my opinion I was becoming a pain. Debbie handled all of this with speed and accuracy, even following up with phone calls all of which resulted in my respect and believe that I am a valued customer. I have been around for a very long time, and have been a customer with numerous agents and insurance companies in all of these years and Debbie with Amberg is as good as it gets.

I tried to change the tire myself but I couldn't break the lug nuts, when the AAA driver finally got there ( over 1 hour when I first called) he tried breaking the lug nuts and he couldn't do it. He towed me to a tire place and I bought new tires. I have been a AAA member for 29 years and have never been disrespected like I was today ever! To cover this period, I was required to purchase a four-month insurance policy, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the unused portion once coverage was no longer needed. However, that reimbursement never materialized. Despite their initial assurances, I was ultimately asked to pay the full amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others, as their practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Definitely contacting BBB The main concern is that insurance agent do not disclose material facts.... Basically unethical and unprofessional agents.
