Was yelled at and belittled by a doctor here repeatedly since day one. Was told I could not get off of a medicine, when I brought it up, and I had also let him know I had consulted another provider who suggested it could be a good idea. Was yelled at, told no, and I realized then he didn't actually care about my health.

I used to be telehealth they switched that. Not me. It was hard without a car...they then tried to switch me to a suboxone shot instead of the medication I had been diligently taking for 10 years without a problem (with a plan in action to wean down). My old doctor retired and they then cancelled me as a patient because I missed an appt. this medication isn't something you can just cut someone off of. I would never again recommend anyone ever go to these crooks. I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I HEARD HE WAS TRANSFERRING THERE. then retired and left me with these people who don't care. They don't listen. They want your money that's all and will screw you over without a second thought.

Olivia Footer Psyciatric NP has proven not to be honest/not trustworthy, even when I specifically…read moreasked her things about my diagnoses she lied said to me she doesn't believe in labeling with diagnoses just treating symptoms which she definitely diagnosed me with things in my medical records that she lied to me about, and lied about side effects of medication (told me verbally not to read any side effects of the various prescriptions she wanted to put me on, and she lied alot on my medical records/therapy notes about all sorts of things that she refuses to correct.) All of that is completely unacceptable, unethical, and not trustworthy. She needs to at the very very least contact me to correct my records!! Even worse, now due to her being upset with this honest review, she will not correct her lies in my medical records, and her dangerous retaliation to screw me over with severe health and safety repercussion is she just sent me an email dumping me as a patient, she will no longer be my PNP, therpist, and won't give me my Klonopin prescription due in a few days which means she is making me stop my crucially needed medication cold turkey which she knows is incredibly dangerous to my health but she has proven not to care. (I've needed to be on Klonopin every day for years, it's the only medication that helps me, and without side effects). She is that unprofessional, uncaring, and dangerous by doing an instant cut off of all my care and making me without medication cold turkey, her knowing how further debilitatingly sick I will get! She has proven to act dangerously, without the safety, care, and wellbeing of her patients! I am absolutely horrified by her behavior and she has made me in this crisis situation without help/medical care/or my medication! And oh good lord she is very new to being a PNP, only in her first year. This is severely scary! Krista
