I am writing to bring to your attention the concerns I have regarding the business practices of your office. Due to the predatory behavior I have experienced, I prefer to communicate via email. On February 4, 2025, at 1:03 pm, I received a voice iMessage from your office, which I assume is in response to my complaint about the unauthorized debit from my account. As the cardholder, I did not provide authorization for this transaction, and I am questioning the validity of the past-due bill. Considering that your office received nearly $500 per month from both insurance companies which included a 50$ copayment, had I not had insurance coverage my cost would be significantly less than that. Greedily you took it upon yourself just to take my entire paycheck randomly after a year and a half after you dropped me as a patient Previously, I had requested a payment plan, offering to pay $200 per week for a month, but your office refused, requiring full payment instead. I find it troubling that your office is the only medical office that has refused to work with me on a payment plan. I consider your actions to be unacceptable, unethical, and potentially criminal. Moreover, on January 31, 2025, your office debited my entire paycheck, leaving my family and me without financial resources. I request a formal response to address this matter! I started seeing Dr. Selly last night, 5/23/25, and he was very professional, kind, and punctual. He made sure to ask all the right questions, listen to my needs, and give the appropriate care based on those needs. I loved my counselor, Jadira Rodriguez--she was excellent, especially for my first time in counseling. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ends with Revive. Their customer service was awful. They improperly billed me, causing overdrafts on my account, and blamed me for not calling back quickly enough. They took a month processing the invoice with insurance, and after just one day of no response, they billed me the full amount and now refuse to refund the overdraft fee. Even my insurance is baffled by their billing process. They clearly do not put patients first....If you're on the Eastside/College Hill or at Brown U, go somewhere else--this place isn't it. read more

Both my counseling and medical appointments were super attentive and on point. Revive is a small practice. They do a nice job with TMS. If you're looking for a TMS locally in Providence this is a good place to go.

The staff is very helpful and flexible with telehealth appointments. The therapist and NP listened to my issues and offered viable solutions. I don't feel judged when discussing any problems with them and I appreciate their open mindedness. A HUGE plus is the staff's diversity. Small business. Very respectful staff. Treatment is a breeze. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. After decades of dealing with depression, anxiety and PTSD, I can wholeheartedly agree that this process works. Is it the most comfortable thing in the world? Hell no. Is the time commitment easy to deal with. Hell no. If you're suffering like I am, then everything else is white noise. Keep fighting and give TMS a chance. After a few treatments, I can already notice a difference. Small parking lot so you don't have to pay to park on Thayer. I wish this treatment was available years ago. read more

If I could rate this organization a zero, I would. The therapists vary in terms of quality and reliability. If you are lucky to get a good one, you are all set. If not, then not so much. Mr. Selly is not a good one. He discharged my son without letting us know, leaving us high and dry in terms of his medication refills. They sent no emails, no texts, nothing. I called and emailed multiple times to find out what was going on: nothing. When I finally did get through, I learned that he was discharged for missing a virtual appointment, that we did keep but wrong time. We did not get reminders as they claim because I checked to make sure. Why would I call them if I had received an email in the first place? I am pretty careful with my kids' appointments. So, depending on who was actually responsible for the lack of communication, I would go elsewhere as soon as possible. This place clearly does not put patients first. Now we have no one to refill these necessary medications. Stay on the waiting list at a more reliable practice. read more
