As a graduate from the Coatesville area school district I had no problem succeeding in post secondary school and graduate school. I feel the district gets a bad rap for a few bad apples on a very large district . As a parent now , I moved back to the area to raise my family and am confident in my choice of school district. I hope somebody reads this and does actual research on the benefits the district has to offer instead of listening to false rumors. This is a great school!!!!! The teachers and staff are wonderful. They are kind, gentle, caring,…read moreand loving. My two-year old son is attending twice a week Tuesday and Thursday. He loves it here. On the days he has off he is always asking to go to school. I am so happy and proud of him. He is drinking from a cup, social with other children in his class, and he is doing independent activities. He is learning his shapes, colors, circle time and he loves the arts and crafts too. I also have a five year old who is attending five times a week. He looks forward to going to school everyday. It is such a joy to see him progress each week and to see what else he has learned in school. He has learned how to identify and write the alphabet and their sounds, identifying numbers, counting objects, making patterns, identifying shapes and so much more. The teachers are amazing. The children get the attention they needed. . I was most impressed with was how the teachers interacted with the children. They have a special ability for communicating with the kids, promoting self confidence, socialization, and problem solving skills I highly recommend this school to any parent who is looking for a school for their child.
