The owner of this particular franchise Al Patel essentially treated us like customers in a retail setting. Never once inquired about how we felt about the level of care. It was only about money while dealing with this gentleman. There's a quiet classism that goes on and it's a shame.

My daughter has been thriving st FHNP. Every day when she wakes up she asks me if it's a school day!
