Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. Skeet Club Road. Had to wait close to 2 hours to see someone. Employees were extremely rude, especially the doctor or PA? I had a bad experience with Bethany Medical Center at skeet club rd High Point NC 27265 I missed an early morning appointment due to a business and called the office at the same time to inform them, but i was still charged a $25 fee. Dr. Anthony Younger AGNP-P, which was at the location on Lindsay Street for years but just recently moved to the 1580 Skeet Club Rd. location last month Nov. 2025 is the absolute best doctor there is around & I'm not just saying that he truly is from being his patient for almost a year now! This man actually listens to your problems beforehand before speaking on any of it! Not only is it very hard nowadays to find a doctor that cares for you enough to listen to your feelings, thoughts first but it is also hard to find one that respects you & doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you ask a simple question or any question at that! Dr. Younger takes what you say is going on with you into consideration when evaluating his plans for you unlike other doctors they already by reading your chart has a plan in place & doesn't listen nor care about your story or thoughts! Other doctors from experience do not care how long it takes for your prescription to go through bc you have a life also, or sit & listen to your needs, wants, problems, concerns, etc, Dr. Younger is the complete opposite he cares for everyone of his patients, he comes in with a smile, is so nice & welcoming to you, & if you have any problems with any health issues or just any concern he orders the appropriate ultrasound, x-ray, referral, just anything that he feels will get you better & make both of y'all's mind at ease to know your in good health! Also back to the prescription he doesn't wait until the end of the day to send all of his prescriptions in like a lot of doctors do (from experience) he sends them as your sitting there in the office with him & makes sure everything is right so when you leave he doesn't have to worry about going back in at the end of the day/or next day & make you wait forever to get the meds you need when you leave he knows you have a life as well! I will forever be grateful for Dr. Younger & I don't ever see myself ever going to another facility! I have also referred so many of my family members to him as well. That's how good of a doctor he is. He's amazing if I could give him 10 stars I would I have never had a doctor like him. I just can't say enough good things about him.! read more

I've been going to Betheany 20-25 years and I have never seen actual MD it's always been a PA . Most know nothing as to why their seeing you. Prime example ---i just got a call trying to change my appointment to a different time. When I said I wasn't able to change it she hung up on me !!!! I'm on a walker and I can't just charge at a moments notice. The lPa I had before Don Bulla left me on Xanax for approximately 20 years and now I'm addicted to it . This guy is vice President of this organization and a registered pharmacist! !!! The staff does what they want with no supervision at all . After years of tests and vital taken I recently h 2 strokes within 8 months of each other and they had no clue I wAs in danger of stroke . Maggie has been without a certain medication for the past 3 weeks. My pharmacy has faxed the doctor 5 times The other day, we went to the doctor in person and told her that she needs to renew that medication. That medication is still not renewed. This is typical of the service we have been getting from this doctor and this clinic since we moved in 2 years ago. The doctors are excellent but my appointment was at 9:15 am and at 10:05 the nurse came to tell me I don't need to be seen for a pap-smear because it needs to be schedule every 5 yrs. Her excuse is that she didn't scheduled me for this appt. Absolute worst experience with this medical facility ever. They have been terrible from the beginning but very convenient. My appointment today has me completely blown away. I went to Bethany medical Center this evening where I tested positive for the Flu-A. It took them almost an hour to come back and give me the steroid shot. I was told Ryan the PA would call in a prescription to my pharmacy. After 45 minutes of not receiving a confirmation from the pharmacy I called them. The medicine was never called in by the doctor. By this point Bethany is closed. I cannot fathom how a doctor could test someone for the flu and then forget to call in their medication. Flu medication only works if you get it in your system fast enough. I will never waste my time going to this office again. Wow, this office is a joke. They are still hounding me to pay this bill even though I received such extraordinarily bad service. I wouldn't take my dog to be examined here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! read more

This place is a scam! My wife got a COVID test via parking lot. Was not allowed in building and did not see anyone other than the person who swabbed her. Insurance paid COVID test, but then we got billed separately for an extensive office visit that never occurred. Pure medical billing fraud!!!! We have been fighting with them for over a year trying to get them to remove the fraudulent charge, but they refuse. Billing and customer service staff have been absolutely useless. I was feeling like crap. Drove to this place and walked right in. Staff was nice, Dr was great. She ran several test on me to see why I was having severe stomach issues. Dr said she would call me on the next day with test results. Well, I had to call them. No results. I called again on the next day. Nurse said "there is no sign of you ever having any test here". She asked if I would call back the next day. So, I did. I called back on the next day. Spoke with a different nurse who said he could see my test results but could not give me any results. He said the Dr needed to do that. He then informed me, the Dr just left to go on vacation for a week. I could not get any results from them. Now, I'm writing this from the hospital. Turns out, I had serious kidney issues that require surgery. I will never go back to this disaster of a doctors office. Stay away, I do not trust them!!!!! read more

Probably the worst medical experience. From the lazy Dr. I saw, all the way to the billing department and nurses who can't answer the phone and refuse to call back. I had one appointment and a few days later I tried calling back because the treatment wasn't helping and the nurses wouldn't answer the phone so I had to go back in. Of course they added on another $200 because I went in for a 2nd visit which could've have been prevented. The nurses were beyond clueless both times I went in. This was the absolute worst visit that I have had with any of my doctors! First the front dest lady not only argued with me on the phone when I made the appointment about having a co-pay but she argued with me again at check-in telling me that I had a co-pay when I told her over and over that I do not have one, only for her to run my insurance again to tell me that I am correct and do not have a co-pay! Then the doctor comes in to talk to me and would not listen to anything about my pain. I have been going to a pain clinic since 2017 and I understand that I moved here from Colorado and your doctors want to start my meds back over from the beginning, but when I am telling them for MULTIPLE months that this regimen is NOT working then something should be done! Instead the doctor did not listen to anything I had to say and did not care anything about my pain or helping me! I got treated as if I'm drug seeking instead of getting real help with the pain I'm having. It was absolutely a waist of time and pointless. I will be seeking care elsewhere and I will be sure to leave as many bad reviews as I can for your clinic! They are horrible and should not be working as a pain clinic if they are not going to help their patients, we are there for a reason! The treatment at this pain clinic is why patients give up going to doctors for their pain and start seeking medications off the streets, I would never do that since I have a small child to take care of but I will be seeking assistance elsewhere! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a patient of Maggie Foster, PA. I went here for their weight loss program. Getting an appointment wasn't any trouble but getting medication and dealing with the office staff was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a medical practice. Maggie Foster recommended a medication that my insurance would not approve and my insurance company said I could appeal the decision. This was after I'd call the office for a couple times a week for a month trying to figure out where the medication was that she had recommended. Anytime i spoke to someone in the office they didn't know what was going on or they never called me back. Her office staff is rude and incompetent. I finally had to call my insurance company directly. I gave her office the information needed to appeal and my insurance company said they never received it. I then on two different occasions spoke to her medical assistant Gina and asked her would Maggie Foster just be able to write me a different prescription? I never received a call back or an answer after speaking to Gina twice in two different weeks. I'm not sure if my PA even got the messages, but the office staff is so rude I would never go back. read more

Son has gone to Bethany Medical for over nine years. Customer service and nurse continue to insist can not find information. Staff needs to be retrained in this area. Dr. Stringfield was amazing. It's been many years since I've had a competent and caring physician and i plan on keeping him as a primary care for both me and my family. The facility was clean with a reasonable wait time. The staff was kind and the center is open 7 days a week which came in handy as i decided i was sickest on Sunday of course. read more

This is my story, I just turn 50, my wife got something in the mail so she sets me up an appointment at Bethany. I was set up to have an colonoscopy. I had it on a Friday. The following Friday I felt weak, light headed and almost passed out a couple times that day. I thought I was just weak because Id been on a soft diet that week. I made it home from work and was very sick. I was bleeding internal and had been for a while but did not know it. My wife rushed me to High Point Hospital where I had to have two pints of blood and they had to give me another colonoscopy to repair the damage and bleeding then after I came out of that procedure I was told I had to have another one because Bethany, which told me originally I had two polyps, had over looked four more. So I had to have another colonoscopy a week later. Three colonoscopy in a month. Then I received a bill for $1240.56, Bethany would not take ANY responsibility at all. Doctors are never held responsible for their actions. Bethany I'm very ashamed of your principles' and I'll tell everyone I know about my story hoping no one ever has to go through what I did coming to Bethany Medical Center. Matt C. read more

Horrible customer service, and communication with patients. Not only that they do not tell you the truth, nor answer questions properly. Staff is not friendly as well. I told the Doctor and she tells me she will not take someone talking to her like that...which I did not say anything out the way, not was I angry or cursed at her, nor was hostile with her. I told her how I was being tried and lied to. I also told her she was the doctor and her job is to relay the message. Doctor Shahid gave me my $80.00 co pay back.
