My family and I attend Legacy church in Edgewood New Mexico, but when we visit my mom in Texas, this is our home away from home. The 1 hour drive from Mansfield is worth it. I was always turned off by the organization or people's actions that did not seem to follow what was being said or taught. I love the people and staff at Legacy Church, they are friendly and open. Pastor Steve keeps things simple and relevant. No pretense, no ulterior motives or nonsense. It doesn't matter your race, social status, economic achievement, or what you may have or have not done in the past, Legacy Church welcomes everyone in a friendly, no-pressure environment. In a matter of a few short months we have joined a small group, made incredibly close friends and are being taught in-depth, unapologetic Bible based theology in the Sunday services every week. The church has an incredible history and tradition dating back over a hundred years but there is also a freshness and excitement among the people here. Like our family, a lot of the people we've met are fairly new at Parkway but we have also become incredibly close with some of the families who have been there for years. My children love going to Revolution Church and learning about Jesus. I'm excited for them to be able to join Revolution Student Ministries when they enter middle and high school.
