Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I was contacted and told the $79 promotion would not be honored and that I would need to pay around $330 instead. This was never disclosed when I scheduled. Because of this last-minute change, I lost work time and experienced a delay in getting care while dealing with dental pain. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I found out later today that you could pull it up with my Social Security number but they didn't try to do anything. These people I felt like judged me as not having insurance and therefore made me feel like a dredge of society. They did not even bother to ask me if I wanted to pay and be reimbursed after they got the insurance cleared up. They just told me to go home and get them more information.
