I was reading great reviews, and it was great. An appointment was made for a few weeks from now. I had called and told them that I can only see one of the dentists who is in my insurance and network. I had an issue with one of my teeth and called to see if I could get in any earlier. I came to find that the doctor I was scheduled with was not on the website anymore. I asked the person on the phone, and they were very confused about who I was talking to. I come to find that they just started. I understand that they are new, but as a business, would it be good to let them know that there were three doctors there and have left recently? Also, really, you can not call your patients and let them know that their doctor has moved to another location. I would have gone out there and then realized that and had to leave, and it's a long drive for me. It was not right not to inform them participants of a huge change like that, and on top I even have in my file that I can only see one as of my assurances. So I have found the doctor that I wanted to see and can now get in even earlier, so that is a plus, but really, please inform your customers before the day of the appointment of a huge change like that.

Because of this last-minute change, I lost work time and experienced a delay in getting care while dealing with dental pain. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I found out later today that you could pull it up with my Social Security number but they didn't try to do anything. These people I felt like judged me as not having insurance and therefore made me feel like a dredge of society. They did not even bother to ask me if I wanted to pay and be reimbursed after they got the insurance cleared up. They just told me to go home and get them more information. After my…read more19-year-old son's initial appointment, where he received a temporary crown, they never followed up to schedule him for the permanent one--just one automated text. A year later, when the temporary crown fell out, I learned they wanted to charge me the full $1,600 again because it had been a year. No calls, no reminder, no attempt to ensure he completed his treatment. Their fees are nearly double what I paid at my last dentist, and I don't see any improvement in quality. Additionally, appointments here have always left me uncomfortable; Dr. Ike is rough with the numbing needle, which I've only experienced at his practice. If you want a dental office that values patient care over billing, look elsewhere. I'll be returning to my previous dentist.
