She is so thoughtful and concise with helping me and causing anymore issues. Every single person I have encountered here has been top notch!

Over the last six years I have been increasingly happy and impressed with my primary care physician but also with every other person from the person who draws blood to the nurses, the billing department, and specialists. My husband also has the same doctor and, sadly, he has had skin cancer, prostate cancer and full removal, a hip replacement, two knee replacements, lots of physical therapy, and some other issues. That doctor's office sent them the information they needed and they decided unilaterally to cancel my husband's appointment at Family Care of the Fox Cities with NO NOTICE. No call, no text. Then they refused to renew his prescriptions even though they were informed of the other upcoming appointment. Honestly we should have been shopping around when Dr. Richter announced his retirement. To top it off: they are now installing spy cameras in the waiting room. I don't think that's going to make patients feel at ease.
