Our children actually enjoy their dental cleanings (they consistently share that Dr. Smith's Dental Hygienist has such a gentle touch and leaves their teeth feel 'squeaky clean'). From Dr. Smith's wonderful Office Manager/Receptionist, Ms. Joyce, to Dr. Smith's Dental Hygienist, to Dr. Smith's Dental Assistant, to Dr. Smith himself, we've not once had anything but the best possible experiences. I credit our consistent, top-shelf, dental care over all these years to this team approach to delivering professional, quality dental care. I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The new front office staff is still navigating some things but they are very understanding when something needs to be corrected and are helpful in doing so. The back staff and dental staff are amazing and always the best with both myself and my son. I called them to try to get an emergency appointment to get a filling replaced that had fallen out…read more(the same filling they had just put in a few weeks earlier). They flat out rejected taking me in for an emergency visit to get my filling replaced. A painful hour later they called me back and reluctantly agreed to fix their mistake (little did I know they had already charged me for it before I had even gotten there despite their guarantee on fillings). I get there, wait 2 HOURS, and finally get called back. I lay in the chair and the so called Dr kemper looks at the tooth in question. He denied that the filling had fallen out at all and refuses to fix his mistake. Then he accuses me of not taking care of my teeth (I brush, floss, and wrinse, and 3 times a day). As he's accusing me, he's up in my face. This so called dentist as well as the other people who work there were extremely unprofessional, demeaning, and rude.
