I had a dental emergency, they told me that they were booked two months out at every location within 30 miles of me. Nope!

5 Star !! Professional, knowledgeable and absolutely no pain with extensive work I needed addressed.

4 Stars ONLY because extractions are done in their office if the dentist is able without sending you on to the Oral surgeon in the Aspen system... but they don't provide sedation outside of novacaine type shots and topicals. Otherwise.... I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF ASPEN DENTAL!!! I have SEVERE dental anxiety besides basic anxiety disorder... Dr. SEndor removed a tooth in the very back and didn't stop until the job was done! lol. I could feel pressure and a few tingles but NO PAIN for sure... I just couldn't see what he was doing... (My issue not his!) his nurse Sheba and the xray tech were so sweet as were the others I interacted with... the billing person and front desk girl with lovely hair... so nice... thanks for every thing Yall! read more

Horrible place! After having all my teeth removed for dentures, I could not get Dr Sendor. to call me. I was told "that won't happen here." $5000 later I got unusable dentures and was told AFTER the fact that i might get back 40% of my chewing. I got ripped off by a doctor that could care less about his patients. AVOID ASPEN DENTAL DANVILLE KY!! read more

Service was adequate at best. Some pressure for additional service. Paid in full on date of service. 5 months later I get a final notification for delinquent payment. First bill. I called called as was informed they must have determined a routine exam was needed and charged an additional $52. not an ethical business practice at best! ZERO stars if I could. Extremely high costs compared to other dentists. Canceled my appointment because i didn't answer a call for confirmation. I showed up for my appointment and was told they gave my spot to someone else. I was there to have my permanent crown put on. Like i wasn't going to have that done. I've had trouble with them from the get go. Made my temporary crown to big and they look awful. Numbing meds wore off before he was finished with my root canal. Then afterwards had severe pain from the root canal tooth. I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible horrible service. read more

I would give 0 stars if allowed to do so. I called when I moved here as I broke a tooth. I was a current patient just from another office and they said they could not see me for a week and a half. ... with a broken tooth. So the appointment time and date, I showed up 30 minutes early as I knew that paperwork would need to be updated and of course I was in pain and hoped that help might come a few minutes early. No one was at the desk. I waited for over 25 minutes to see anyone at the desk. Got the paperwork and filled it out. In the meantime, 2 patients came in and were escorted back. After 45 minutes I went to have a cig. Upon returning I asked how long I was going to keep waiting. I was scolded for going to have a cig and told that I should have been early. LOL I was 30 freaking minutes early. So... all that said, I left with my records to seek out a dentist who has maybe a smidge of compassion or care. My first time going too Aspen Dental. Had a very bad toothache. My dentist wouldn't extract. Said I needed a Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon. The one she recommended did not have an opening for a month . The one I've used before was minimum 3 weeks. Desperate I called this place. I always pass Aspen's office regularly. I called . Told them my problem. What I needed done got appointment 2 days. The office was bright, clean, and everyone was helpful. Saw the dentist Dr Erlanger. He was nice understood said no problem. Numbed my jaw tooth out in less then two minutes. Bleeding stopped under 30 minutes . Would return for any future problems... read more

I can not say enough good things about the staff. Everybody was so friendly,nice and very helpful. LeighAnn gets the highest praise for helping me and making me feel very comfortable. She explained things and answered all my questions. She is so nice and very kind and made me feel like i was more than a patient. Everybody was wonderful! read more

Staff was nice enough, but all I wanted was to be rid of a toothache!! To start, the price was suppose to be only $95 for a simple extraction, but I was told it involved some surgery, and ended up costing $211. I have had several 'surgeries', and as far as I can tell, there were no scalpels, stitches, or cauterizing, etc. done in my mouth, and certainly no instruction for post-op care, other than simple extraction care!! I had an overall nightmarish experience that you get when you go buy a car from a big dealer, and none of the salesman can't do the negotiating with me!!...but that is the 'gimmick' they use...give you a "free" exam for first-time clients, thus the 'hook', then drag you in and harrass you into thinking you really need a procedure done very 'soon', and every last thing had to be 'cleared' with the manager, and then the manager then comes and gives you the total after 2 hours of being told by just about every staff member you see, that you need this, and you need that!!...all I wanted was my tooth pulled!! Even the dentist tried to sell me dentures! I still have a bunch of my teeth, and may have to go down that road at some point in my life, but let's cross that bridge when we get to it!! I was so frazzled from the pain I was in, to the hours it took to get something done!! Never again!! read more
