We had new plantings in front of our house and asked that they not be over grown and on top of each other, but after 2 years of growth, they are all over grown into each other and looks a mess. They said it would not be over crowded !!! Wrong !!!!! We also had a 22 year old tree die on us , a red oak , due to the lack of responsible action by them. My dad and I were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and had to come back twice to get all the mulch we needed. They took our order, filled up our truck and away we went. However, the mulch had a lot of trash in it. As I was scooping it onto the landscaping, I noticed cigarette butts, plastic pieces and old newspaper. It was annoying to have to pick out trash while I was mulching. Around 38 bucks for a truckload of mulch. Price seems comprable to every other place in town. Bring cash or your checkbook because they don't take plastic!

The gentleman I worked with said no need for that just give me your name and number and we will contact you when things slow down. I gave him my information and asked 2 more times if he was sure he didn't want to give me a date to call back, he was insistent that it was okay and they would be in touch. Well you guessed it, they never called me back and I forgot about until my wife reminded me that we were going to have someone look at the landscaping and give an estimate on re-doing it. Now we are going to be a season behind and it be even more difficult to get this taken care of.

It is nearly the height of the floor of my house, and has a sitting wall and a stone countertop, and a step to the ground. Eric re-graded and re-seeded my yard and did a good job with that too. The project came in at their bid amount, and they worked diligently to get this done in 2-3 weeks. I couldn't be more pleased! I'll see if I need to add any shade to this space this year, and will add some landscaping too. Had them install concrete edging. Have seen this in a few other places and thought it was very…read morenice. I don't think these guys installed it though. Overall the product I think is good but, installation was pretty sloppy and unprofessional in my opinion. When they cut the sod out they left lots of gaps around edging that will have to be filled in and reseeded. There was spilled concrete in the grass all around the yard, color of concrete is not even, and it seems the edging should be deeper in the ground hope it will settle. Lots of excess concrete inside edging too, I guess we will just try and cover it up. In the spring we found some of the edging seemed to dissolve. We called them, and they did return and fix the issue no charge. Overall it's going on our third summer and we're very happy with the product! So I'm bumping review from 3 stars to 4

(pictures attached) 2) You told me on the phone you would mow my lawn on Thursday, it was mowed on Wednesday May 30th (in the rain, 1.7" of rain per weather.com) - and it shows. The lawn was uneven and up to 7" long in patches. 3) I called and sent you pictures of my lawn and gave you and opportunity to "make it right", but the issues were not fixed.
