She immediately understood what I was hoping for and didn't hesitate to take on the challenge, even though the timeline was really tight. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and genuinely caring she was throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and made sure all the details were exactly what I wanted. She never made me feel like I was a burden or asking too much even though I know the turnaround time was no small task. The rings were not only beautifully made but were finished and finished and shipped so quickly that they arrived in time without any stress on my end. When I opened the box, I was blown away. She had wrapped them beautifully and had even placed a gift bag and tissue paper in there so I can give it to my sister on my wedding day. It was perfect!!!! Knowing how much care went into making it -- especially under the pressure of a short deadline -- made it all the more meaningful. Megi truly went above and beyond, and I could feel how much she cared about making this gift special. It's rare to find someone who's both incredibly professional and so kind-hearted. I'm so grateful to her and the LaGravinese team for making something both my sister and I will cherish for the rest of my life. I should've listen to that little voice in my head that warned me but I didn't so hear is my tale... Called about 11am to inquire about their prices and if it mattered if I bought the Groupon. The person who picked up the phone answered so rudely and casually ("Yeah?!") I thought I had called an individual versus a business. I inquired what their price was for the wax and if the Groupon price was different-this person seemed confused and passed the phone to another person who said buy the Groupon and call back for an appointment time. At this point I looked at my own wax kit with thoughts of doing it myself because I felt like they sound like a hot mess. Then I talked myself into giving this place a chance bought the Groupon and made the appointment. I arrived- they were friendly and showed me to the room. They used the chocolate wax. The wax was lukewarm which made me wonder if this was going to be a success or a bust. Long story short- this is the worst wax I've gotten. When the woman deemed herself done she sprays me with copious amounts of baby oil and tells me to clean myself out because I still have wax. Sound weird to you? It did to me- I was like is this a new method? Then she explained to me that she couldn't get all the wax off of hair off so I had wax all in my lady part- and I mean all up in there!!! Also for those who are wondering the hair was not too long or too short- it was the Goldilocks standard of length for a successful wax(and I've actually been to Brasil for the official Brazilian wax so I consider myself to know a thing or two in this area). They then just started to INTENTIONALLY ignore me, which I know because they had their read receipts on in instagram. Which was kind of TERRIFYING to me because I had a 10k dollar charge on my credit card. Luckily, I had bought the chain through third party website buya.com which allowed me to cancel the order and I got the charge removed. I think they are more interested in trying to become another goofy social media jeweler like Moses or Vookum than actually selling jewelry because he had plenty of time to post bizarre posts on social media.
