I have nothing but love and gratitude to all the women who have helped me make my dream come true…read more I went in with no expectations and they didn't stop until I was 100% happy with the dress I chose. They have so much experience and a natural sense of what looks best for you and what you personally feel comfortable in. Patty knew from one day what I might like. Christina the seamstress who has worked with clothes since 16 years old is a sweetheart and a pro! All of my questions were answered. I never felt unsure about anything and highly recommend this bridal boutique. On top of the great value in dresses , including multiple fittings! I love that they schedule a pick up so the dress can be steamed and ready. The bag is perfect with a zipper and covered so no peaking! It was truly paradise during the hectic wedding planning. As if all my problems disappeared after walking in. Thank you Patty , Christina and the ladies behind the counter! Marissa K soon to be Marissa S 8/24/24

A Stressful Experience From Start to Finish…read more My Niece ordered her wedding dress from this shop 13 Months Before the Wedding thinking that gave her plenty of time. The initial experience was wonderful--the staff was helpful while she tried on dresses, and she found the one she loved. We were told the dress would be in by April, about 10 months later. Mom called the store in February to check on it and was told that the July wedding dresses arrive in April and they weren't nice on the phone trying to get an update. So in March we went to the shop to look for a mother of the bride dress and while there my Niece and her Mom were both told "separately" the brides dress would be in the following month in April and the sales person even looked it up! Then we called almost mid April and they said it was not in yet. We asked for the manager and she was extremely rude and dismissive. Her response was sarcastic and nasty: "Oh no. No one would ever say that in her shop."! We were told it would arrive the following month for a beginning of July wedding. We were told at least 4 different times it would be there by April! Then they kept lying about it and acting like we were crazy. May came and the dress still wasnt there. Mid May it finally came. Then we had to wait another couple of weeks for the first fitting. It was now 4 weeks away before the wedding. Unfortunately, the fittings were a disaster with promises that things would be done on the dress that weren't. We came with family members to one fitting thinking the bustle was ready as promised and absolutely nothing was done, just frays all over unfinished. They were charging $985 for these alterations. They canceled appointments, they wanted us to take off work, it takes an hour each way. My Niece was now in tears. Two weeks before the wedding, the dress still wasnt finished. They had even crossed out the original due date on the receipt. We were told they wanted her to come in for her final fitting two days before her wedding, plus take off of work! Anyone who has planned a large wedding knows how much there already to worry about. Putting a bride through this kind of uncertainty and stress so close to her wedding was completely unacceptable. Thankfully, one of the salespeople overheard what we were being told to wait until 2 days before the wedding. She intervened and called the seamstress directly, who wasnt even present for the fitting. Another saleswoman made a joke about never having a bride "go naked." At that point, we certainly didn't find it funny. They ultimately made it happen to take the dress one week before the wedding, and it was still not perfect gaping at the waist. We had no choice but to take it and not trust they would fix it. What should have been an exciting and happy experience became an incredibly stressful ordeal for my Niece and our entire family. My advice to any bride considering this shop: If you do choose to order your dress here, I would strongly recommend giving them a wedding date at least a month earlier than your actual wedding date. A bride has enough to worry about while planning her wedding without wondering whether she'll actually have her dress in time and the staff lying to her. I sincerely hope the shop takes this experience as an opportunity to improve its communication, scheduling, alterations and treatment of brides. No bride should have to experience this level of stress over something as important as her wedding dress. Have some compassion and don't lie to people. Thsnk you.
