Learning Tree is definitely one of a kind and is such a great place for kids to come and learn and just be themselves. They have so many different ethnic groups within the center and to me that's special and something to be proud about. I come from a family a large family 11kids total (some are mixed, some are white and some are black) I will say when people pull the racist card and expect people to feel sorry for them without sharing the FULL truth on the circumstance that's not okay. Please share the whole story before bashing anyone.The Director will bend over backwards for anyone and everyone to help keep your child healthy and happy as well as parents.

The hours are very accomodating for the working parents. They have school and craft time everyday. They arent just another kid here they really do care. I cant tell you how many times her hair was redone because it had fallen out or she had a band aid for a little scratch to make her feel better. We both miss them already.

They completely messed up our party by not communicating to each other at all over a period of 2…read moremonths. They told me all the same things until the day of the party at which time, different staff said different things and they were prepared for less than half of the people we had coming! My guests and I were the ones that had to make all the adjustments (move 6 tables to another room, runout and get enough cupcakes) while kids ran around) . And instead of trying to help make up for the incompetence of the staff and their mistakes , they gave excuses and tried to fight me about what I had had requested. And then I was charged full price though me and my guests did most of the work. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Classes - good and typically small. Hours short - coming from West Coast use to longer weekends. Great healthy choice on a weekend for families vs. glued to your phone or TV.

Horrible experience here. I called to pause my account and they said they would for $5 a month due…read moreto the coronavirus. I come back now to restart and they saying my bank canceled a payment. I was never notified and would be happy to pay the $5 a month. They now won't let me restart my membership without paying the entire next year upfront cash. Staff was rude about it and were not willing to help any other way. (I paid for 2 months while they were closed down as well before I went to pause my account). You would think the YMCA being built on Christian values would be able to work with people a little better.
