First time coming into this establishment, I had to try all my favorites and I was not disappointed!! You can tell the donuts are made daily, they are so soft and delicious and I love that they are not over the top sweet. It's a perfect balance. The man who helped at the counter was friendly as well. I'll be back in the morning to try the coffee.

Ah, behold home to my favorite round sugary wonder! One super early morning I needed a sugar rush STAT, and this place hit the spot with their little calorie ninjas. The service was great and staff was helpful. The moment we walked thru the door, we were greeted and helped within seconds. This is a good go to for early morning meeting snacks. They have a pretty good selection ranging from classic glazed to old fashioned donuts. Gets he shop is packed early in the morning, but even on their busy busy days I'm still out in less than 10 minutes. Virtual high five to Better Be Donuts & Cafe!

Best spot for ham and cheese croissants. Hands down. All of their donuts are delicious too. I usually go for the jalapeño ham and cheese croissant and get half a dozen of donuts. They have 4 tables inside where you can sit down and eat. The ambiance is nice and clean. They have cafe style music playing in the background. They take Bitcoin say whaaa? PROS: everything is delicious and reasonably priced. I usually order through GrubHub. Customer service is top notch. CONS: N/A

Came in this morning and was greeted by two nice young ladies. Ordered a dozen donuts, and two breakfast sandwiches. Food very fresh and tasty! Donuts delicious. They take cards and Bitcoin lol. Very clean establishment. Definitely recommend! I requested a maple donut with bacon, and they didn't have any, but she said she would make me one. Yummy. No pictures since they didn't last long! Ordered custom donuts for a birthday and ran into a few issues: 1) I went to pick up my order and was told to wait because the gentleman behind the counter helped customers in line that were AFTER me. 2) The girl with colored hair that works there was touching my donuts with her bare hands, WITHOUT gloves, AFTER she walked out of the restroom. I told her that was unsanitary considering the viruses that were going around. Birthday surprise donuts ruined because of a millennial who doesn't take sanitary precautions. Donuts might be good, but never coming back here again!!!! read more

On my way to drill weekend at March ARB, yelped close donut place along the way and this place popped up. Couldn't be more happy. Fresh donuts - icing just melts on your tongue. Bought 4 fancy $1.25 donuts, and 8 generic donuts at normal price (crumb, coconut, glazed, maple, chocolate etc). Also 9 donut holes for a dollar which is a great price. Extra star for the Guy at the counter being super friendly/nice and throwing in some more donuts and donut holes for free read more

Stopped in today as a first time customer. I got a turkey sandwich on a croissant and a pineapple filled donut. Both were delicious. My kids got a huge donut and that was excellent as well. Reminded me of the great pink box donuts you'd find in LA. Skip the grocery store donuts and the corporate giants. This local business has them beat and you get to support your community as well. The couple running it are very nice and polite too. read more

Excellent service !! My first time stopping by this place even though I pass by it every day!!! The display with all their donuts looks so clean and presentable. Besides donuts they also have breakfast sandwiches and stuffed croissants. And if you need to get any lotto tickets or scratchers, they sell them here too !!!! I got the chocolate donut with fruity pebbles and a ham and cheese and jalapeño croissant. Both were amazing. The chocolate glaze had depth and the perfect amount of sweetness and the croissant had a nice amount of cheese with enough jalepeño slices to give it a kick read more

I came into the store, and I was greeted by this lady with "Happy Fridayyyy!!" Haha! Feeling at home already . I was like Mama Mia! I want to buy all those doughnuts!!! The lady told me that these doughnuts will still be soft on the next day. In my head, okay we will see, and I bought half a dozen. I got apple fritter (YUM!), bear claw( roarrrrr!!! Humungous), the glazed twist & maple bars (YUMMY!!!)Omg, I tried to shove the apple fritter in my mouth but my stomach can only hold a quarter of it. The folks who own and run this shop are very nice and always friendly when I stop by. Their shop introduced me to the Kolache (Giant pig in a blanket) which are from Texas. I look forward to this every morning and look forward to talking to who ever is working the counter. I came here for the first time today and definitely will be coming back , the gentleman assisting me today was extremely out going and actually cared to make a conversation unlike other cafes where they just ask what you want and give you your total . Wide selection, great value, and friendly service anchor the taste-bud pleasing "O's" of pleasure peddled by David at "Better Be D"! I regularly pick up a few baked-yummies for the family and often pick-up a few dozen for work! Never a bad report back from family or work mates! The small apple fritters have swayed this "maple bar guy"! I love them! The coffee is spot on, tasty and moderately strong, the "full octane percolated buzz-bringer" is fire house perfect! On the other hand, the barista who helped me out the window was very friendly and helpful.

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. The raspberry smash at the bottom with the perfectly creamy matcha on top was such a great combination. I don't like matcha when it's too earthy or bitter--I definitely prefer my drinks sweet and super creamy, for reference. Side note: the damn bagel sandwich! I'd go back just for that. It comes with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato, all on a toasted sourdough bread covered with pesto and cheese. For the side I typically get the Italian pasta salad, which is always delicious. One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. It's basic, but also very tasty. They also carry a variety of pastries and serve Klatch coffee (brewed coffee) if you need a sweet treat afterward.
