Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. His workers carefully painted over the cans the "INT"erior and when I told them to leave the left over paint once finished, they were reluctant. I found out why! I confirmed with Kelly More paint store he had purchased a crazy amount of gallons all INTERIOR PAINT. Jeff the owner denied it. I made sure he repainted the entire house with the EXTERIOR paint! It came very close to a law suit. He did this to save money. Be warned, do not go with this company ever. It is sad but true.
