Best Bros painting did an amazing job on our house. We had four estimates and B.B. was not the cheapest or the most expensive. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. All I can say is Wow! Best Bros Painting, a veteran owned business was amazing. Mont with Best Bros Painting, and his crew are fantastic. The ratings are accurate, 5 stars all the way. Mont took detailed notes to repair the heat damaged exterior areas of our home. I received a quote that listed each area and exactly what I had asked him to do for in that area. Easy to read, and very little small print (reasonable stuff). Mont's crew arrived on time and they walked thru the project with us to ensure what was to be done in each area. Francisco was the primary painter assigned to my job and I can't say enough about him. Friendly, open and honest, he was eager to talk to us an explain what they was doing. The last time we hired a painting company, they failed to complete the job as we requested. That was not the case with Best Bros. The work was far beyond expectation. For example, the areas to be patched were first scraped to remove all damage, and then sealed with a product specifically designed to handle the heat and exposure here in Discovery Bay. Other damaged areas around our doors were repaired and primer before the two coats of paint. At the end of each day tarps were picked up, and the job site was left Martha Stewart clean. We hired best bros painting to paint the interior of our 3000 sq foot home. We selected them after they came in slightly lower than other companies we received estimates from. Unfortunately I think we got what we paid for. We are still seeing patchy areas missing paint around door frames and windows, they left tape throughout the house, wanted to do our final walk through basically in the dark since they didn't put all the light fixtures back up. I also question if they did two Coats of SW Duration paint as the quote described since there were multiple buckets of Promar paint in the color we chose (a lower grade paint) They did a decent job but feel they rushed near the end and missed lots of the details that matter to most clients. read more

I hired Best Bros to repaint the interior of our home upon moving in, they dripped paint on places where I didn't want it and left it there, they left drip lines on my walls, they painted an entire room the wrong color and told me to basically just accept it which I didn't; and they painted an entire cabinet the wrong color because they went off the name of the paint and not the color sample I provided I wanted grey they painted it peach? The owner and receptionist were rude and also pushy for payment before they even fixed the problems that occurred. It was a one day paint job that turned into 3 days, they have all these painters that share one vehicle so the workers brought their own vehicles but didn't have all the equipment they needed. I was most upset about them telling me to just accept the wrong colors because the painters were busy and had other jobs to do that's not my issue. read more

Best Bros Painting was so easy to work with and provided such a detailed and comprehensive quote, listing all the details of what they would do to prepare the home for painting, how many coats it would take and how long the job would take to complete. Best Bros painting did a great job on painting our exterior/cover patio. The job started end of July and got done on August 9th, 2025. David Furtado who's one of the owner came out and gave us the Quote and two weeks later the job got started. David and his crews did a fantastic job and they were responsive to our needs/concerns. We would like to thank him and those who worked on our home but especially a sincere shout out to Omar, Frankie and another kat that we're not able to pronounce or spell his name who prepped our patio with his diligent work. Omar who was the lead and a fine lead and we appreciate him greatly from day one on our project and came early before the start time and waiting patiently outside our home. He did an outstanding job and with great enthusiasm and customer service as well. But unfortunately after bout a week he was removed from our project and was no longer with Best Bros. We were obviously very disappointed and not happy of the outcome. We were quoted pretty fast. We told them what colors we wanted and they brought us samples and then we chose the colors. After picking the colors, a worker came and tapped off the windows, fixed some of the exterior walls, and power washed the house. Then the painters came the next day. Over all after services were requested it was done very fast. We are very happy with the final product! Wanted to change the family room's too dark green walls to a light off white to lighten the room and all baseboards to Swiss Mocha. Best Bros came out to quote and were very reasonable. Worked us into their schedule and arrived just a week later. Crew arrived around 7:30 am, masked and tarped furniture and cabinets and completed the job in one day - looked great. However, once the paint dried the green was bleeding through although they applied two coats of Kelly-Moore paint and primer. I contacted the office and they did not hesitate and sent Francisco back on Monday morning, he applied additional coats and was very thorough, polite, and professional. I made the decision to have my home painted in April of 2024. This was a big project as I have a 2555 square foot home. Best Bros was one of six painting companies that came to my home to submit a bid. Luckily for me Best Bros was the first painting company to inspect my home and provide me with a bid. Because of such I had the remaining painting companies attempt to meet the standards that were set by Mont, the owner of Best Bros. Each bidder stated they may not be the lowest to provide a bid. In the end, four of the painting companies came within the same bid amount to have my home painted. As you can imagine I went with Best Bros. The standards were simple because they were also my standards that consisted of providing me with paint that would be durable, to address the cracks in the stucco on my home that were due to normal shifting of home up and down as well as from side to side over the years, to ensure that primer was used on the home, to ensure that more than one coat of paint was placed on my home and to provide me with information about the types of painting products that Sherwin-Williams has. Mont had Rick as the onsite project manager who had three painters on his team including himself. Monte met my standards of applying the paint to my home. Mont stayed in contact with me throughout the entire project. While I made the ultimate decision to pick the paint color for my home having Monte and Carlos (Rep from Sherwin-Williams) find my vision to have not only the right color on the exterior of my home, but find the right color for the facia, trim and front door and side doors of my home that would match the roof tile on my home brought the vision that I had wanted for my home. My neighbors say the home looks great. Some comment that it has a modern look to it. Some state that my home looks like it was just built. Others have inquired about the company who painted my home as they would like Best Bros to paint their home. Picking Best Bros to have my home painted was the best decision I made.
