It was obviously a movement issue, not a vacuum leak or a topside issue. Part of it turned out to be U joints. The other part was the cam shaft positioning sensor and they charged me 800 to change a spark plug and diagnose a fuel injector issue... VINCE HAS THE WORST ATRITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS. He took advantage of a disabled woman and her Navy son. All he cares about is the money, not the person. I hope this business closes soon for good because people are waking up to his tactics. His mechanics are pretenders and so is he. I fixed the issue myself.​

They found out that 1 of the 2 new front tires I had purchased in CA was mounted backwards! (And it was from a tire shop, no less!). I made an appointment to get the oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. Showed up for my appointment five minutes early. Damon checked me in and when I asked he agreed it would take about an hour. I told him I was going to walk over to T.J.Maxx and he was going to call when my car was ready. One and a half hours later I walked back over thinking that they had just forgotten to call me. I saw my car sitting in one of the bays. When I walked in and talked to Damon he said they still needed to rotate the tires. Imagine my surprise when I saw the hood opened on my car a few minutes later. Even I know that you don't need to open the hood to rotate tires. In the 1 1/2 hours that my car had been there the only thing that had been done was that the car was driven into the bay. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. When Damon came back into the lobby I questioned him about it. He said there had been an issue with another vehicle and it put them behind. He told me I would not be charged for the oil change. Therein lies why my review is not a one star one. Damon took ownership of the issue and took responsibility. And then he went out in the shop to help with my vehicle. We all mess up as humans. What makes a difference is how we handle things when we mess up. And Damon did great with that. And Damon went even beyond that. He also rolled up his sleeves and started helping get my car finished. I appreciate how he handled things.

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. Our engine was leaking gas. It cost us $600 to have corrected at another shop. The other complaint I have is that when you call in to check on your vehicle they act put out. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.
