I let him know I was on a road trip to Illinois from New York. He said he would see if there were any used tires. There were not but he said he could find a replacement and I went across the street for breakfast. When I returned to pick up my car I was astonished to discover a zero balance. Was this Christmas in July, I asked Cade. No, he was just doing a solid for a weary traveler who had been bemoaning his luck but was now praising it. I would give zero stars if I could. I had my timing belt replaced here, and it turned into one of…read morethe worst automotive experiences I've ever had. Within just a few weeks, I had to bring my car back THREE separate times. Each visit was for serious issues that should never happen after a major repair like this. I experienced ongoing oil leaks, and at one point they even broke my oil pan. On top of that, the staff lied to me multiple times about the condition of my vehicle and the work that was supposedly completed. I was repeatedly told everything was fixed, only for the same (or worse) problems to keep happening. I eventually took my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion, and what they found was shocking. My timing chain was nearly cut in half and close to complete failure. The actuator wasn't even attached to the keyhole, the dipstick was broken off and sealed in place, and there was silicone inside my oil pan and filter--which had already circulated into my engine. On top of that, I was missing multiple screws and bolts and the oil pan was only secured with three bolts. This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. I trusted them with a critical repair, and instead, I ended up with significantly more damage to my vehicle and risk to my life. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. I tried reaching a compromise which they have denied at this point others to read my story and avoid this place to stay safe. See photos for proof.

I enjoy coming to Sam's Club especially when I need detergent, water, toilet paper, or some food…read moreitems to meal prep for the week. When I had came to this store I was greeted. The store was very organized and it was easy to locate what I wanted. On the weekends the store has samples to be able to try different items the store offers. Of course this store is a membership only which the membership doesn't cost much. I love that they have a cafe and their pizza and ice cream is very delicious. If you stop here to do shopping you must stop at the cafe before you exit the store. I love how you can scan your items and pay on the app instead of going through a cashier. It makes shopping so much easier.

My in-laws live in Russiaville, one town over from Kokomo, and this is the Sam's they always go to…read more My husband and I frequently stop here for gas, but this time we actually went in to the store, since there were some frozen items he wanted to buy (namely, the Tyson country fried steak) that our local Novi, MI Sam's Club does not have (and neither does Madison Heights, MI, oddly, the second-closest one). This layout was a bit different than my local one but the store itself was overall nice. My in-laws had served us some Rally's brand fries that they purchased here, and we were looking for those too, since they were very tasty, but unfortunately couldn't find them in stock. We purchased some Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Reese's Puffs for good prices ($7.98 and $7.49, respectively, for basically two huge boxes), and their clothing section looked nice, too, although I didn't have time to browse. Overall I'd return to this Sam's when in the area.
