I received C.I. in right ear April 2026 at Barnes Jewish West County and still use Audibel hearing aid in left, so I regularly see Ben for H.A. cleanings and adjustments. In post-op sound booth tests at Wash U Med. Otolaryngology, my hearing has gone from 22% word recognition to 82% in 3 months since implant! (My wife tolerates me again!) Ben is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, clear, and very helpful. Thank you, Ben! The Jan 3, 2026 1-Star rating I see MUST be for a different location!

Returned numerous times due to one aid not working after a few weeks. Starkey is the only brand we have ever had and will continue wearing, but we are choosing another place where we have had excellent care. The owner reached out due to a negative review and was pleased that she offered additional help but it's not working. Hearing aids should last longer than a few weeks before sending them in for repair. Last time we were told it was due to wax buildup. Why wasn't this checked at the office before sending out to be repaired. Our family has worn aids for over 40 years so we are very much aware of when an aid is not working as it should and not because of wax build up after 2 weeks. We will continue to purchase from the same office we have had for years, with excellent service. The only reason we bought from Southwestern is because it took our Hearing aid coverage.

This was my first experience in having a hearing aid, and Tina did an outstanding job for me. She…read morelistened to everything that I said regarding what I was interested in gaining from my Resound One hearing aids, and she astutely addressed each topic. She fitted my aids perfectly and set up the user-friendly phone app to maximize its benefits. Both Tina and Lauren were exceptionally knowledgeable about the hearing aid and the iPhone app with which it interacts. I left confident that I was getting the most of what is available in today's hearing aid devices market, and that I had received help from professionals that not only knew everything there was to know, but also genuinely cared about helping me. Kathy, at the front desk, was equally pleasant, and as helpful as she could possibly be.

My parents have been patients of Dr. Juelich's and Tina's for many years. As my parents have needed a bit more assistance, I (their daughter) have taken them to appointments. I live in Texas, so it can be quite challenging to be sure everything is taken care of in the best possible way. Last week when I was in St. Louis visiting my mom, I found that she had lost one of her hearing aids, which was really limiting her ability to interact and be fully part of conversations. I contacted Dr. Juelich's office, realizing we would likely need to wait several weeks to get the situation resolved, mentally planning when I might be able to return for follow-up. Grace, however, was miraculously able to schedule an appointment that day at a different office, and Dr. Juelich went above and beyond to figure out a solution. My mom can now hear quite well - better than she has for many months! We are so thankful and highly recommend Dr. Juelich and her staff. They are kind and respectful, patient, professional, and have true hearts of service.
