Building was just off main road but you have to go around building…read moreto get in by the parking lot -Suite#22 not very big waiting room but sufficient for a few people usually not more than you and maybe another patient filling out new patient paperwork . Dr is very complete on her examination and questions . I like her so far and when pharmacy had a question and I had to contact her she was very nice about returning pharmacists call on a Sunday! I was very thankful for that . Still was next day until I got the medication but that was pharmacists fault not her's she facilitated it. I'm recommending to people with bad pain or long term life long pain she is a very good doctor to see. She give very good quality care . Only in three days a week , Monday , Tuesday's and Thursday's .

The business is run poorly. They tout themselves as having great caregivers who they've vetted and…read moretrained. That is far from the truth. They sent us a caregiver that was unreliable and in our opinion unstable. She yelled, ranted and raved in front of us and worse in front of our parent who is dying. She was combative. She drank beer from our refrigerator without asking and at the beginning of the shift. She did not know how to communicate questions or concerns. She told us she knew and could work using a different social security number. She confided that at her last non caregiver job she knew how to scam her customers so she could make a commission. We were more than accommodating to her, to the point were we were acting like hosts instead of paying clients. We were walking on eggshells. We couldn't focus on being present with our parent, or grieving. We felt uncomfortable in our own home with her here. We had to have her removed from our home during a shift. We contacted the police as we feared retribution. We wanted the police on alert if she or one of her family/friends came anywhere near our home and family (because she'd told us she and they were and had been aggressively violent without hesitation if they felt anyone wronged them). Do not hire from this agency, you'll be sorely disappointed and dissatisfied, you'll regret it. Look elsewhere.
