The "owner" was "too busy" too meet with me bc she had other meetings.. probably with other upset customers... and yea, their "office"... a shack on the side of the road... so hard to find.. so hard to park.. doesnt make any sense... my mothers health was improving and then they continued to call me and ask if my mothr needed more nursing help visitss. SHE DIDNT! she was fine! I told they they were soliciting and that this was basically medicare fraud. I would never recommend this to any of my friends or family. Basically a money hungry business looking to make a quick buck onn the fact that my mothers health is declinding.. so disappointed. Will never go back. They need to properly train employee. I am upset with service. DO NOT go here!!

Aide was great-but lack of communication with agency and too many cancellations is unacceptable. We…read morepaid to have the service, but too many times there was a last min notice that aide couldn't make it. I would find out when already at work up to 1/2 hour before starting time. Why am I paying for the service if I can't get it? I work FT and it was needed for my parent. Fidelity needs to do better! Management is poor and time keeping is antiquated. No back ups either. Do they care about clients? I doubt it. They just take your money. They were unprofessional! Other agencies use an app and it's accurate. If you need to rely on fidelity beware!

The first bad sign was when Quest pulled out of the building, then they started reducing and overworking the staff. Receptionist gone, managers gone. Even the coffee machine, gone. Don't get me started on the phone system. It is absolutely horrible! I feel sorry for the staffers, at this point. I truly hope that Holy Redeemer changes course and stops destroying this practice.
