I'm extremely disappointed in the way that I have been treated by the front desk. Everything was…read moregoing fine until my husband lost his job and I was unable to pay my co-pays. I called to make arrangements and was told that I can no longer have my appointment with my provider if I don't pay the balance in full. I tried to explain my situation and I haven't had any problems until now. So needless to say my appointment was canceled and I can no longer get medication for depression, anxiety, etc. I understand that they have a job to do and they need to collect the money. They have lost their compassion annd empathy for people who are going through troubles during this difficult time in our economy. I asked the person answering the phone to please check with the office manager and get back with me to let me know if she's willing to make any arrangements. I never got a phone call. I called back again tried to make more arrangements was told my appointment was canceled. I asked again if they could please speak with the manager give me a call back to see if there is anything we can do to work this out! No return call! I called and asked if they could get a message to the doctor because coming off of this medicine can be dangerous. I was told I'd get a return call back. Once again, no call back. It is not OK to treat people this way. I have no access to getting my prescriptions. I'm surprised there's not a law against this. I normally don't write bad reviews, but they left me no choice. The office manager is the one who runs the front desk! if I had the money I would have paid them. I am not one who skipped out on paying my bills. I know how important these appointments are. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using this establishment.

Robin is the wife of the psychiatric doctor so they're gonna look out for their condo benefits, and make sure all their bills are paid before your mental health. If you pay them, they will keep asking you to pay them pay pay pay from one patient because they can't get any money from any other patient. Don't give them your information. Think about it it's an addiction clinic. No one has money to pay them so if you have money, they're gonna take it all from you. Tell them you don't have insurance or you'll pay for every other patient in that practice. Shame on them. They try to give therapy about shame, but they should be ashamed of themselves.

You go here to get help to have a better life and she was so rude and refused to help at all. She made a mistake but instead of fixing it she just wanted to blame me like it was my fault so she didn't have to actually do any work. Here is what happened: So I was seeing an online doctor for MAT for a month but they didn't accept my insurance . So I was referred here by my therapist. I started two weeks ago on Monday. My Dr. appt we're scheduled on Mon at 1 PM each week. My 2nd week, on Monday when It got to 4 PM and I did not hear from the doctor yet I called them. Now I am new & wasn't sure how to pay my weekly co-pays & no one explained it to me. I never received a phone call that day about paying my co-pay either but when I called at 4 PM all they told me was the Dr was behind & he would call me shortly and said nothing about my co-pay. So Tuesday comes and I still have not heard from the Dr.I called again & they said the Dr didn't call you cuz you didn't pay your co-pay. I explained to them that nobody had called me about it and I immediately paid it. It's $20 a week for the Dr & therapy session. they told me the Dr. would call me that day. At 7 PM at night he finally called but said he could only write me a script for 1 day cuz I need to come in for drug test. Again I was not informed that I need to do that before I can get my script & that they are closed on Mon so even if I wanted to come in & take it on Mon prior to my appt so I didn't have to go through this I couldn't do that. 1st thing Wed i went in & took my drug test & They confirmed I was on list and said Dr will call me later in the day. It's pretty frustrating that you can have an appt time & it doesn't matter. Wed comes & goes never received a call from the Dr. I called again Thursday, multiple times.By the 2nd call was told the Dr is gonna call in your script now. I did move & so I was changing my pharmacy but I had already given them the new pharmacy info cuz the prescription for one day's medicine that the Dr called in on Tuesday went to my new pharmacy. I am currently on 4 mg a day and when I spoke to my new pharmacy they told me they only had the strips in the generic for 4 mg not 8 mg. My insurance does not cover namebrand only generic and I do not have the money to pay full price for it. I called back within 30 minutes of speaking to them and said please when you call in my prescription make sure you write it for the 4 mg strips and explained why they said no problem. When I checked with my pharmacy around 7 PM that night they said they still have not received my prescription from my Dr. Anybody on this meds knows if you go w/o it you get sick. I just called back again this morning trying to find out why my scripts still was not called in. I was informed that it was yesterday at 4 PM and that they made the changes to the 4 mg strips like I requested. So then I called back pharmacy & They said the script was sent to my old pharmacy & it was for the 8 mg not 4mg. My last conversation after this was with Tiffany again where instead of trying to fix the problem she argued with me. at first she said she was unaware I had changed pharmacies. When I explained to her that the Dr had already called in the script to my new pharmacy.She then changed it to say that she called the pharmacy for the phone number I gave her that day. Now why would I give her my old pharmacies number when I know I changed it. She continuously tried to argue with me over this fact & that it's all my fault cuz I gave her the wrong phone number. I said ok can we just fix it.I did reminded her that she still called in wrong mg. But she just kept saying it's my fault & she can't cancel prescriptions like that .I'm in tears at this point cuz I just couldn't understand why she just wanted to argue to me instead of fixing the problem. My doctors appointments on Monday and it's Friday and I still have no medication but they have my money. Also I'm supposed to have weekly therapy that I paid for and still haven't received a phone call about that. I was getting so frustrated just trying to get this fixed then when she told me "will you shut up so I can speak" I had enough at that point and hung up. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever come in contact with and the fact how they can do this to somebody on this type of medication it's just unbelievable to me. My advice is run and go anywhere else but this place if you're trying to get help because these people will push you into relapsing and using again.
