My husband and I have gone here for years . We have both found relief after our appointments after going in from all the various dumb things we do . (Fall off of horses .. step wrong ... pick up a gallon of milk instead of a half gallon ... ) she is respectful of my limits (I never let them touch my neck ) . I've been to four other Chiro's in the area . Many of them were fine . This place just feels more thorough and doesn't harass us for another visit . In April of 2024 I saw Nate Goodman, DC for my acute upper back pain. He performed spinal manipulation. During the treatment, he applied pressure to the front of my upper chest causing me a sharp pain in that area on my right side. I told him immediately that it hurt me and that it was too much pressure applied on my chest. Following the treatment, I did not experience any relief of the pain in my upper back that I was seeking treatment for, but I did experience a lot of continuous pain on my right front chest. The following day, I went to Evergreen Urgent Care for the pain in my upper front chest. I was given a diagnosis of Intercostal Muscle Strain and prescribed pain pills. The next day, I went to Evergreen. I saw my Provider and had imaging done because I still had severe upper front chest pain. Fortunately, no broken ribs were noted. I feel that Nate Goodman, DC should have been more careful with his manipulations for senior citizens. (There was never even a "sorry" from him or any of the staff). read more

Tory Naugle is an excellent chiropractor and I've benefited from many chiro adjustments with him with massage afterwards a few years back. One issue I have had is when trying to schedule with them again recently, they either lied and/or misled me to believe my insurance would be covered when in fact it is not. I suggest going into the office and verifying your insurance will be covered as opposed to speaking on phone or contact by email. The other issue I have had is one of the massage therapists did some strange stretches by pulling my arm in awkward directions and didn't feel beneficial (I mentioned against doing such stretches, but they must've forgot as they did it again on following appointments. read more

I just got a bill for something they claim medicare did not cover - four years after getting service! If they send out random bills to older people, I guess they can make some money but it sure makes you wonder about their standard of ethics. Good luck. read more

I have no complaints. I had an adjustment and massage at the facility and received nothing but quality work and great attitudes.

I really like Dr. Naugle. I was a bit nervous seeing a chiropractor but he was very thorough, explained everything to me step by step, and also seems to have a genuine interest in working WITH me for my care rather than just telling me what to do. The assistant has always been very kind and caring as well. I haven't been terribly impressed with the front office; when I booked my first appointment over the phone it was rather abrupt, and the attitude during scheduling at checkout always feels like I'm interrupting. My copay was charged incorrectly and they were adamant it was correct (although it was adjusted after my insurance processed it and they received payment/EOB). I don't need warm and fuzzy and I understand mistakes happen, but a smile and a friendly attitude goes a long way towards customer service in my opinion. read more

Office staff demanded the online form be filled out and submitted the evening the appointment was made even though the appt. was a week away. When I arrived for appt. staff said my ins. was dental and I didn't have medical (I have dbl cvrg med, dental, vision, etc.). Then staff said she called me twice to let me know that. (My Iphone did not have a record of any call from them). Then told I had to pay cash for visit. Told they didn't want to be on phone line calling my ins. because it takes 40 min. The Dr. finally took me back anyway. Was pleasant. Still won't go back or EVER recommend based on how horrible the front staff made me feel. I have NEVER felt like a liar and a fraud except at this office. read more

I was sent to Dr. Young by the VA. After 11 months, Dr. Young still could not remember my diagnosis and treatment plan. I was supposed to put it on my calendar to remind her. She is extremely defensive and the patient is always wrong. At my last appointment, when I reminded her where the pain was, I was snapped at. Then just a few minutes later when I mentioned the pain still there she said she can only treat the areas I tell her about. ???? Seriously! I asked her to feel where a vertebrae feels out and she started lecturing me about nothing being wrong with me. No matter what I say she knows best including changing my diagnosis to fibermyalga even though an orthopedic, an occupational doc, the VA and MRIs do not support her diagnosis. At the last visit she even told me her neck is worst than mine. Huh, but she still works and draws. I can't do either. I would have stopped months ago but the office had a good MT that was actually helping. Don't go there!!! read more
