I will say the stove, microwave, countertops and floor in the kitchen were immaculate! But I think there was some miscommunication with the rest of the areas of the house that I definitely noticed grim and dust the cleaners missed. For example the bedroom mirrors weren't touched, nor fridge really, possibly my husband's fault since he told them to just do floors. One of the ladies in the kitchen working mentioned that things would have been scrubbed and cleaned more with a deep clean, which is what was supposed to be scheduled. I didn't know what to expect since this is my first time hiring a house cleaning service, but my housework has gone downhill taking care of the kids, pets and my own children. And I wanted it to look better for guests visiting. So thanks to the sweet owner of this small business I'm leaving 4/5 stars. Would be nice if they steam cleaned carpets since I have a lot of stubborn pet stains, but the owner recommended a brand for me. SYOY! :-)

The whole place needed a reset and I did not have the time to do it. I reached out to book to clean and they quickly got two very highly skilled cleaners to my house. They did an amazing job and left the place sparkling clean, like a couple of magical cleaning fairies! I'm thinking about asking them to come on a more regular basis to keep the place fresh and clean.

I write this review after booking a deep clean (for a move-in) on our brand new (never lived in)…read morehome. We specified one area of concern was for the cleaner to make sure to wipe down all the dust on the insides of the cabinets and appliances, as well as the usual items. After Katherine labored for 8 hours on our home, I felt satisfied initially and tipped her well. The next day, as my wife and I were putting away our dishes on our newly cleaned cabinets, we noticed that the insides hadn't been wiped down at all. Interestingly, when Katherine was done with her work, I specifically asked her about the insides of the cabinets and she said that she had vacuumed and wiped the insides down. I've included pictures of the dust. You be the judge. I spoke to her again today and she again confirmed that she wiped down the insides. Strange that some of the cabinets had loose nails on the shelves that were left untouched from the install, and two of the drawers had items (warranty booklets for the appliances etc) in them that were left untouched. Now we wonder about the quality of the clean in the rest of the house and will likely book with another company for a thorough move-in clean. I spoke to Jay, the owner, about this. He put Katherine in touch with me who offered to come by and fix what we found, but we do not wish to have Katherine come back for a touch up clean as we feel that she was dishonest the first time. For what it's worth, Jay is refunding us the additional fees we paid for the insides of the appliances and cabinets that weren't done. He also offered us an additional refund, but I declined any more because I'd rather have the fodder to write this review then to save a few more dollars. Who knows, maybe we got unlucky with our experience, as it seems that many others have had a positive experience. No one is perfect, but we don't like to be lied to.

I've decided to no longer use their services due to the delay in cleaners arriving and lack of communication on updates. I waited for over 3 hours past their estimated arrival window for my last cleaning (April 6th). When I mentioned being late to pick up my kids due to late start time, I was left with zero apology and to simply leave my home when the cleaners are in my home. While some people may be comfortable doing this, I am not. They send different cleaning teams each time and I prefer to be present when anyone is working in my home.
