I originally had an appointment with them on Saturday, but asked if they could push it up to Thursday instead and they were so responsive and great with fitting me in on Thursday at 4 pm. On Thursday, they continued to be very responsive and great with communication via texting. They were late an hour due to traffic and also construction on the freeway, but they did reach out to me apologizing and letting me know ahead of time and their estimated time of arrival. The whole cleaning process took about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Once again, they were very communicative with letting me know when they think they'd be done and for me to head back over to inspect their work. When I arrived, I was honestly truly amazed. The place looked and smelled super clean. The place was spotless. They cleaned areas that I didn't even think to clean. You can tell they're very detail oriented. They got stains that wouldn't come off to come off. It literally looked like I was walking into a brand new place. Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again!
