I have been using Mendoza's since last Fall. They come bi-weekly to clean the house. Dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and put new sheets on the bed mostly. Other things as needed or on longer cycle. I work from home and have meetings most of the time they are here. They always check to see if I want the office cleaned before leaving if I am not in a meeting. Communication has been great. Occasionally rescheduling is needed and Mendoza's has always been flexible. The quality of the work is a good value. I always appreciate coming home to a clean and fresh smelling home. read more

Responding to Alicia's reply: As you can see from the attached text messages, she NEVER mentioned any additional charges for cleaning inside the cabinets. That's another lie she gets caught in. What's the purpose of advertising a "deep clean" when in reality you're performing a regular cleaning but charging a premium price? That's called false advertisement. Again, as you can see from the text messages, I never once got upset about pricing. I simply questioned the lack of communication regarding increased in pricing and even apologized for my misunderstanding of it. If I were upset, why would I have included a $100 tip on top of services paid? Now, prior to leaving for my 3 week honeymoon, I told Alicia NUMEROUS times that I would be reaching out after I got back to provide whatever documentation she would need for the insurance claim. She made it sound like it would be no problem, accepted responsibility for damages caused, and never gave any indication of a due date by which documentation was needed. Again, as dated screenshots show, labor is estimated to be $800-1000 and materials $1200-1300 for replacement of the stairway. Furthermore, even my flooring contractor and the flooring manufacturer point of contact believe that pictures of damages provided to them are due to YOUR company, Alicia. The fact that Alicia chose to ghost all forms of communication until called out on a public forum tells you all you need to know about her. Untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonorable. read more

5/5 star experience from booking to cleaning (and now even 1 wk post). Alicia was the most responsive and scheduling process was easy. On the day of the cleaning, she sent 3 of her team members to deep clean our 1100-1200sq ft home, which was embarrassingly dirty from years of dust and pet hair build up on baseboards and very dirty bathroom. I wish we had taken before and after pictures becuase I am still in awe with how clean and detail oriented they were. I initially periodically checked our pet cameras since it was 3 strangers in our home but after seeing how meticulous they all were in the first 30-45min, I knew very quickly I could trust them and went to work out on our patio for the rest of the time. My partner came home during and saw they even moved our couch to clean behind it which we did not expect. It took a little over 2 hrs and the price was very reasonable for the service provided. I would have even paid more for the work they did, which I provided in tip. Before they left, they made sure to check with us if everything was ok which it exceeded our expectations and even still now. Having our time back from not having to clean our home is priceless! On a bi-weekly basis, Mendoza's Cleaning arrives at our home. Staff are generally on time, and the owner does a great job of communicating if staff are running late. Staff are polite and are extremely efficient (it generally takes them an hour to clean three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). After a couple of cleanings, we noticed that the staff picked up on our patterns of organization. The really cool thing about Mendoza's Cleaning is the attention to detail that the staff exhibits. My son loves how the staff arranges his stuffed animals on his bed, my wife loves the way staff arranges her hair care products, and I love how staff rearranged the items on top of my nightstand + dresser (I can actually find things now)! This went very well & the new group of ladies were very thorough this time around, fixed everything that was missed & did an awesome job on the bedrooms. I appreciate Alicia's customer service & quick response. Will hire again for sure. I know they worked hard, so this review is hard to write. I am heavily pregnant & asked for a deep clean since it is hard for me at the moment. I stressed that baseboards & blinds were on the top of my list as far as priorities. I found the baseboards still dusty when i got home. Lidia replied that they cleaned them but "it is difficult", which is why i hired someone else to do them. I also dont think this is honest because loose dust is not difficult. If she had only dusted them, i mightve understood, but they dont look touched. My blinds.... Found one broken after they left & taped haphazardly. Lidia did not mention the break at all. When i opened my blinds the next day (i use them every day), i noticed & asked her. She said it was already broken. She said it was glued together & fell apart when she cleaned them. Even if this was true, she should've mentioned this. And i know this NOT to be true. None of my blinds are glued.... And i checked just to be sure & there is no evidence of glue. I decided not to be too picky yesterday, there were windowsills that were still dusty, she only cleaned 1/2 of my sliding glass door, & i was planning on hiring them back, but i cant put up with dishonesty. Ordered a deep cleaning. Excellent communication with assistant when setting up appointment. Cleaners were prompt and systematic. They had a hard time with our deeply stained tub, but it smelled amazing so they did their best. They did okay on windows and cabinets, but left streaks and stains from dirty water on the walls. Baseboards half done. The Cleaners left before I could review work, but These were small things anyway. Did an excellent job on oven, blinds, fridge, and odd areas like washing machine and fan. Not impressed with the professionalism of this company at all. Some of the reviews alluded to that but I overlooked them because there seemed to be a lot of happy customers. I'm writing because my interaction with the owner just does not sit right with me. I told her my place was very clean and she quoted me $220 for 2-2.5 hours. We set the day and time and I gave her my info. She told me the time could be more or less than what's quoted depending on how clean the place is. I told her that I wanted the cleaners to work the full 2.5 hours as even at that length of time she was still charging $16 per hour more than others. My daughter has post covid syndrome and a serious underlying disease with many complications. She needed a professional deep clean done before home health services could resume. Her doctors required that any people coming into her home needed to be vaccinated and wearing masks. It was difficult to find cleaning services that required employees to get vaccinated. Mendoza's Cleaning is one of them snd put our minds at ease. Alicia responded quickly to my request for an estimate and answered every question I had. She scheduled the cleaning with very little notice. There were three people on the cleaning crew and every one of them was kind, helpful and diligent. They went above and beyond, helping me to move my daughter's rather heavy oxygen concentrator while I moved her in her wheelchair to another part of the house so they could clean her room. They plugged in her oxygen so I could get her set up easily and quickly in the living room. They did an excellent deep clean, including the ceiling fan and base boards, and dusting shelves and books. They cleaned inside the toaster and microwave ovens as well as the traditional oven. The kitchen and house looked great. We would choose Mendoza's Cleaning service again. The price was reasonable, the staff professional, polite, personable and kind as well as responsible about Covid. They even swept the patio (not part of the deep clean service) to avoid tracking in leaves and dirt into the clean house. After the cleaning, Alicia emailed an easy to pay invoice and I paid online.
