Love, love, love this team! They came in on the morning of Christmas Eve and made my home spotless! It was a deep cleaning, and I have to say my home has never been cleaner. I clean often, but it feels like painting the Great Wall, by the time I'm done with one element, something else has collected dust and needs attention. Never has every surface been cleaner all at once! On top of that they were personable, friendly, kind and patient. "Wow, just wow." --me after seeing my house after SPC deep cleaned it after a move out. I wish I got better photos to show how spectacular the deep clean they did was. They cleaned areas I didn't even realize were dirty (inside chandelier light glass cover thingies). I was resigned to having to buy a new refrigerator. When I asked about if they do fridges (after booking my service) and they said they've got it covered. The whole place looks amazing. Bathrooms, garage was blown out of spiderwebs, windows cleaned, etc. It really was a 111% improvement over how the house was before they worked their magic. When I had unexpected scheduling conflicts they were flexible with fitting me back in the schedule within a couple days. For the price, I was expecting clean but they delivered hella clean clean and I'd recommend them any day of the week. If they added a new day to the week, I'd recommend them on that day too. read more

Amy has come over to clean with a team twice so far. Both times, I've been beyond impressed with her work ethic. Amy works really hard. I can tell she tires herself out with her thorough scrubbing to remove tough stains. The work seems extremely laborious. The first time she came over, she even took off the stove dial knobs to clean them as well as behind them. I didn't even know those came off. She also cleaned out my Keurig and other obscure things I never expected to be included in the service. The second time, which was today, her crew came over. I noticed afterward that one of the workers cleaned my Keurig again. I thought only Amy would go above and beyond, so I was surprised when her team member did it as well. I was only doing a basic routine cleaning. I have had other housekeeping services in the past, but none of them compare to this one. With the last company, I felt I needed to monitor them, which was unpleasant, and a lot of things felt missed. So I'm happy that I found this cleaning service. I never have to monitor them, as Amy would take charge and direct the rest of her team if it ever became necessary to ensure nothing is missed. Great job! read more

We sought estimates for a deep post-construction cleaning of our living areas. Of the five companies we reached out to, Sparkle was the only responsive company. And it was just as well, because Amy performed the service today and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results! She showed up on time and did the entire job herself. I had an extremely pleasant experience with the Sparkle Professional Cleaning crew! 3 associates came out to my residence about a week ago and performed a very deep clean of my residence. All in all, they spent about 3 1/2 hours or so, and the TLC that was put into my home was drop dead incredible. Blinds, baseboards, even my super dirty Ninja Foodie (I'm so bad about keeping it clean!) were spic and span NEW. My sinks in the kitchen and bathroom never looked so shiny. My tub, which usually takes me hours of toil to clean when it gets bad, looks absolutely pristine. My toilet looks like it's never been used. At the end of the day, the cleaning they provided gave me the confidence to have people over again, and that is worth its weight in gold! Now, upon second inspection the following day, there were only a few 'tiny' details that had been missed (few cobwebs in the corner of 2 rooms, light switch in the bathroom not wiped down) but these are small things for me to handle in the grand scheme. Additionally, two pieces of my shower head seemed to have become disattached after the cleaning but I do not hold anyone but myself at fault for that because the shower head was cheap and I didn't explicitly mention it may need some TLC during cleaning (that's ok, sign for me to get a new one!). Finally, my stove top burner appeared to malfunction after the cleaning but again, I fault my Flintstone-aged oven for that and not the associates (working with landlord on upgrading that ancient hardware). Needless to say, the bulk of cleaning tasks that would've taken me hours upon hours myself were handled with extreme proficiency by these wonderful folks. They were my first house cleaning service I've ever used, and until the day comes when I return to Valinor for greener pastures they will be my only! Thanks so much Amy and crew! read more

They are worth it! I am transitioning my house into a rental property and wanted to give it one good cleaning before potential tenants touring. Amy's website was very detailed, thorough, and upfront with the services offered. And they DELIVERED. For example, when I moved in there was a small lump of something on my counter that I was never able to quite remove. It's gone now and the counters are the smoothest I've ever felt them to be. I had really high hopes for this cleaning service after reading reviews. I have a small home with three bedrooms and a tiny bathroom. We went with the deep clean option. Two cleaners came and we left them to it (9:10am-1:20pm). They let us know when there was about thirty minutes left and we got home and they were gone. I thought they'd stay for a walk through but maybe that's not something that's normally done which is okay. They had left the doors unlocked and all windows open. I wasn't too upset about that since I was able to come home as soon as they said they were going to be done but it was surprising. They didn't clean any of the windows or blinds. The floors they mopped were poorly done and some areas weren't touched at all. They didn't clean the floor in the bathroom around the toilet. They didn't do baseboards. They dusted most items but still left a significant amount. The ceiling fans still were dirty like they were wiped but not enough to be clean. They cleaned the outside of the oven but didn't touch the inside. I don't know if their deep clean service includes the inside of the refrigerator but that wasn't done either if it is. I would be alright with the service if this wasn't a deep clean service. It's just very disappointing. I did reach out to Amy to see if I had misunderstood the list she gave me and what a deep clean entails. She told me that certain things should have been done and she maybe should have scheduled more time for the clean. She offered to have someone come back or take some off the price. I opted to have someone come back. Amy herself came and my boyfriend let her know which items were missed. She cleaned the inside of the oven and then the windows for a little over and an hour and then left. She didn't do the blinds, she didn't dust in the places that were missed or touch anything else. I was quoted 380-430 for the deep clean and I got a Venmo request from Amy for 450. This has just been an overall very disappointing experience and I would not use their services again. read more
