She understands the difficulties in moving and purchasing homes that many in the military face, and she was willing to do the extra work to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the process. She took videos of the house we purchased since we were unable to travel to Washington, she attended all appointments and inspections, she provided sound advice throughout the negotiating process, she went out of her way and continued to help us out--even after we had purchased the home--until we were able to move into the house. Rhonda Tsuda goes above and beyond and was so helpful with our rental and home buying process. We PCS'd here with very little time to find a home and Rhonda was very accommodating and worked with us continuously. She is very courteous, knowledgeable with home buying, very timely, easy to reach, and so kind and polite. She worked with us over an 8 month period, going from our rental to our new home and was very patient and always willing to help when surprises occurred. We just sold our home this month in Lacey through Better Properties DuPont and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. We lived in NC when we first listed the home with Patty Campbell. She completed the walk through and checklist with our renters before they moved out, made sure the home was cleaned and ready to sell, and went out of her way to list our home. She held open houses complete with personalized cookies to match the house!! She had clients looking at the home very often, she had it listed all over the internet, and pushed it so it was constantly being seen. She even had the carpet replaced for us- she did all the footwork finding a reputable company, great looking carpet, and the best price in town- all we had to do was call and pay the bill! Patty found a buyer and completed the sale of our home faster than we could have ever hoped for. (We had another home selling in NC this summer which we listed before our WA home. Patty found a buyer weeks after our other realtor, and closed the day BEFORE our NC house!). Also, when we closed, Better Properties sent out a mobile notary to our home, making the closing super convenient. We just set up an appointment with her and signed in about 15 minutes! I'd go back to Patty again and again. We have owned 7 homes, and have never had such amazing service. The whole team worked together flawlessly including the broker, closing agents, notaries, trust companies, and all. Great job, team!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Patty Campbell and Better Properties Dupont! We were first time home-buyers and she made the process so easy. She was up front with us about concerns that we might not have caught, and was super patient with all of our questions and first time buyer jitters! I can't recall a time when she didn't answer a text within the hour, which was so nice. Not to mention, she even helped with some issues I had after closing with getting things fixed up around the house. Any time I had a question or needed a recommendation for a contact for fixing thing around the house, she was always willing to help. I am absolutely disgusted at the unprofessionalism and unethical behavior within this company. When purchasing our final home, we had only a few prerequisites that needed to be met. One was that the home to be purchased needed 4 bedrooms or more and the other was a greenbelt. We absolutely did not want anything or anyone behind our home. Our Realtor Patty Campbell stated that there wasn't anything being built back there as there was a golf course there and nothing was being built there. After closing on our property in May, we discovered that there was development taking place in the near future. The development was taking place literally within a few feet behind our property. When I questioned our Realtor, Patty Campbell, she stated that she really hadn't heard of any development, yet there were some "RUMORS" of possible development?!!? I was furious because a rumor would have surely changed my mind to purchase this property. This was the same reason that a different buyer refused to purchase a different home on our street (Development). I also called the owner of the company, Sue Larsen to address my concerns. She stated that there wasn't any plans for future development in DuPont and that we should just wait and see what happens??!!!!! Since then, plans have been made for an industrial park full of warehouses and office buildings that will blanket our back yard. Considering that we do not want to reside here any longer, our property value will incur a property value decrease. Buyers WILL NOT want to have warehouses behind their home, which will drastically decrease the flow of potential buyers to our home, thus forcing us to lower our home price in order to sell this property. As of now, Mrs. Campbell or Larsen have not returned any calls and we are stuck with this property. I would NEVER recommend this terrible company to anyone. They are either completely incompetent or unethical. I would say both!! read more
