We ended our tenancy at one of The Joseph Group's houses after 17 months, going month-to-month for a while after our intiial 1-year lease. We have no complaints - communication was great, the vendors hired for service calls were pleasant, we were given ample notice for work done. Towards the end of our lease we had some billing and paperwork hiccups with our insurance provider and needed to make some adjustments - the team at JGPM, especially Michael Jenkins, were incredibly easy to work with as a tenant and made things painless and dealt with us respectfully and with empathy. In the first year when I moved out of state I managed my own property and it was kinda manageable as I found my tenant before I left the state. It became difficult after my initial tenant moved out and Josiah was referred to me by my other friend back then and we' be been working with him ever since. If you're looking for a property manager, look no further. It's really hard to find a good one and he's an amazing manager. I referred him to my other friend who had a hard time finding property manager he'd trust and he said the same thing about him. Under Josiah's care, I haven't had to worry about finding tenants to pay for my mortgage or paying for any excessive maintenance or tenant terminating lease prematurely; he always manages the situations well for me to come out ahead. I was soon given a link to a video walk-through and noticed their other listed homes to be of the same or similar quality to the one I wanted. Nick at the showing was not only knowledgeable about the home but also the neighborhood and surrounding area. When he couldn't answer one of my questions, he quickly reached out to someone who could. A rigorous application process turned into relatively short work thanks to Nick and Brian.
