I would never suggest this company for ANY SERVICES. WE STARTED doing business in July 2017, from seeing a Facebook ad. After the FIRST install we had had a massive showing seam in the entry way of our bedroom. (* Totally related to installation) it was not fixed and be eventually our entire room had to be replaced because of " carpet delamination" -which they did replace... In the most atrocious hack job which was not only my opinion but other professional installers opinions when they came to see the job. I ended up taking many pictures and the one that's always the most comical it's a fact that they actually stapled the carpet all the way along the walls of the room which is totally absurd. They left a HUGE SEAM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ROOM and I called immediately to have this fixed.. And we cancelled the company remaining jobs to do our whole house..... ..... FIVE MONTHS LATER ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OUR 500.00 BACK AND BE A PROPER INSTALL of carpet. I have, in Facebook messages ( one of the only business people I know who doesn't SPEAK to be people, only writes on messages through Facebook) all the messages and pictures and have contacted a local t.v. station and lawyer to get help. We moved here from Florida and prided ourselves on supporting local companies.. This is one I would never suggest!! read more

The only good thing about this company is the carpet its self. The came with the wrong padding and it took them 2 hours to bring back the right one. Then they couldn't finish the job because they didn't have enough carpet. It took almost a week to get back and finish the job. Now I am having a problem with some wrinkles and he (Cliff Crippen, the owner) does not return my calls and when he does he sets up a date and they are a no show. After 7 calls and no response, I guess I am going to find someone else to fix their problem. read more

We used Cliff twice for both of our homes. He was timely and listened to the type of carpet we wanted. The installers are great and cleaned up after themselves. Both carpets were installed over a year ago with no issues up to now. Highly recommend this family owned business. Like to support local companies. read more
