I recently had to have two areas of damage repaired to laminate flooring in my home, and Carl sent two experts to evaluate the floor. I didn't think it was possible to repair the damage. But the contractors were able to remove the damaged planks and replace them with new ones that I had on hand from the original installation. You can't tell that a repair was done. One of the biggest frustrations when doing a home project is lack of communication. Ali went out of his way to keep us informed of the timeline (letting us know when to expect materials, find an install range that worked for us, and checking in throughout). As far as the finished results, we could not be happier. The new carpet is so plush and comfortable. The railings completely transformed the look of our home. Ali offered suggestions when asked (he really knows his stuff), but made sure we knew that the final decision was ours.
