I waited over an hour and then they broke the piece on the window I needed(karma). The owner tried to get me to buy the part from another car that wasn't compatible. The one they cracked the owner refused to give me a responsible discount. I wasn't even sure I could glue it back and it would even stay put. The sales guy I talked to was not at the location and informed me that most of the sales are not actually there. So he then transferred me to some one who worked there. The guy who answered was rude right when he answered and was quick to let me know they couldn't pull the part. Then asked me what the make and model was that's when I heard a ring tone and the original sales guy then answered the phone again. Me not realizing what happened there asked again if they might be able to pull the part. I needed the part the same day because I was headed out of town to work. Needless to say I'm still with out that part. This could have gone way differently and much more pleasant had they had a little better customer service.
