Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. It's a small thing but ALL of the tires were low. The attention to detail matters when you're working on people's vehicles.

You never once stated that the tune was remaining to be done and if you would have I would not have paid balance in full as you were requesting to release my non starting vehicle.
