The two ladies are super nice and friendly. They are Korean but I speak only English to them and they can understand me. Since I've been sick for quite some time I do see them frequently and they just are wonderful people. That kind of makes my day when I'm feeling down. They also will let you know in detail the different side effects that will help with the medications. Besides it being a pharmacy they also sell different items so I do from time to time by random things like pajamas, earnings, drinks, cough drops, and other random things that I noticed while being in the store. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. This used to be my mother's pharmacy for about a year, where she gets all her prescriptions, she…read morehad switched over to Riteaid so it was more convenient for me to help her pick up her meds since they open 7 days a week and from 9am to 10am. This is a Chinese owned pharmacy just like most of the individual smaller pharmacies in the area. Staff here speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. There was never any issue here with the service, staff is helpful and quick, so even when we had to wait we never had to wait very long. They don't have full stocked shelves with the over counter items, I am imagining that is because most customers here are for prescription meds, and not to over stock items that don't sell, so the over the counter items are quit scarce , however they will be able to order it from their supplier if it's in their catalog (Cardinal) and normally it will arrive the next day. There are a several pharmacists, I personally like the younger pharmacist, just feel more comfortable with her , she is Chinese-American and she also speaks Cantonese, and very friendly and helpful. Over all I think this is a solid pharmacy for presentation meds, and they do mainly have Chinese speaking customers especially senior customers. My mother would feel more comfortable coming to this pharmacy for that reason, but since I am helping with her meds, I'd prefer the chained pharmacy such as RiteAid, CVS, or Target mainly for the convenience of the store hours , the automated phone refill system, and the full stocked over the counter shelves.

Kim called me on Monday about my Yelp review, patiently listened to issues I was having using the device, and promised to pass them up the food chain. Way to go Kim! I'm still getting SPAM every day to order supplies for the device, even though I'm not even eligible for 3 months, and the company procedures need to deal WAY better for a misdelivered device (They actually wanted me to supply them with a picture of my front door!). (Hint: Pretty much looks like it was misdelivered? Send another right away. Research the problem on your own time.) - Update to my update! Got called by [Name Withheld] about my issues using the machine. Cold as ice. Hadn't even read what I had reported, so I consequently had to go over everything again and had to shoot down all her stock answers one by one. She was obviously calling me over her cell phone from her car, because of the noise and her voice kept cutting out. Her main goal seemed to get me the hell off the phone. Her final answer was for me to contact my doctor and get him to submit a prescription to adjust the settings on my machine. I won't bore you with the details, but let me assure you that the odds of this being correct are slim ... and none. I've lowered my rating as a result.
