He got rid of some birds and did some work around the house but laid no cages and did not seal up things. I really didn't think he did a very good job. He said he saw evidence of mice but he did nothing about it. He did not thoroughly inspect the house. The job was, to me, expensive. About two years later, I saw a mouse. I told him pretty much exactly what I wanted. He agreed in writing what he would do it for. I asked him twice (in writing) if that included various things that I wrote down. He replied that it did. He came to my home and put his dirty traps on my kitchen stove and cabinets. Very bad. He laid some mouse traps. Caught one mouse and I took it out. So far, I've had no more mice. He did leave his traps here. But, he did not finish doing what he agreed to do and I have paid him. He messaged me that it was raining and he couldn't make it. I did not know what the rain had to do with the work that was under my bathroom sink in the house.

Eventually they told me i had to take my paneling down and that is why they keep coming back because they go dormant behind that paneling. I lived in a rental and the rental company told me i had to atleast try their exterminator first and if they also suggested removing the paneling, then we could. That ended up being Arrest A Pest. They came out once, did the heating to get behind the panels and went over the rest of the house... They came out 1 more time but no signs of any activity since that heat treatment. I bought the guarantee from Bedbuginator and he wouldn't give me anything for all the money i spent, i gave them almost 2grand, this was probably 4 or 5 years ago now. I go to review them on facebook and next thing i know, the review is gone. I review again! My post is gone again AND i'm removed from commenting on their page. So i wanted to get these reviews out for people to see. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY on bedbugs from this guy. They just dont work. I know 1 other person that used them and bedbugs never went away! Like seriously why do these guys even mess with bedbugs?? Its just very unprofessional for a company to remove your negative review/comments and then stop you from commenting and warning others. Betts was recently bought out by Orkin. I scheduled an appointment that was for bait station servicing and inspection for termite activity as a precursor to selling my farm. There was confusion when the inspector arrived for the appointment. I was told that they could not inspect the stations as part of an inspection and they would have to be serviced by someone else. In the course of our conversation the Orkin area manager got on the phone, was rude, not understanding, and got mad. What I did not know was that he cancelled my contract without notice. when I called the number to schedule my service again I was told my account had been cancelled and I was unable to schedule the service. I cannot remember the area manager's name but will find out and post another review. This company's corporate mission statement are just empty words. The district manager is unprofessional, uncooperative, and made a bad situation much worse. I never had an issue with Betts,but this company is managed locally by a really spiteful ass!! Orkin is owned and headquartered in Atlanta,where I live full time. My intention is to schedule a meeting with the CEO to discuss this mismanaged misadventure. Hopefully they will show this clueless cowboy the door. Keep in mind that I had already paid for the service that cannot be scheduled. I would stay clear of Orkin.

I was sold a termite treatment for over $3000. I was told that part of that payment would cover a…read morefinal inspection of the outdoor termite traps. When I was contacted about renewing, I was told that they would not inspect the traps unless I paid for a renewal. I said I wanted to see the trap activity before I renewed as I was told it was covered under the $3000. Then they sent out 2 guys to look at the traps who said I would not be charged for it. They said they needed a signature to show they were on site. As soon as I signed it they told me they had to call their supervisor about the charges for this service call. I feel Orkin lied every step of the way. I kicked them off my property and told them never come back. Then I was threatened by a manager in Wichita if I didn't let them come get their traps. They are not honest in their business practices. I will never use Orkin again.
