If she felt the home was significantly over priced, she would give her recommended cap, if the home needed a lot of work she recommended a lower price based on potential upgrading costs (to reach what market price would be with those upgrades), etc. She even worked with us to make those 'hail Mary' offers (we offered significantly lower just to see if we had a chance).
