The owner of the shop was very understanding and did her best to try and resolve but the supplier was simply not cooperative. The owner gave me a full refund as I requested. While this may not have turned out the way I planned, I was more than pleased with the service. He ended up needing to change during prom. I contacted the owner who had zero interest in taking responsibility or even trying to make things right. She was quite rude actually and placed blame on the school for not allowing earlier drop off to check the fit. My son was measured incorrectly and it ultimately ruined his prom.
