The stylist that I worked with was patient and easy to talk to. She was understanding and sweet when I voiced my concerns about finding a dress for my body type, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The selection of dresses was great. I didn't see many dresses that looked overly traditional or boring, which were things I wanted to avoid. Their dresses are bohemian but also elegant and beautiful. The Woman working wrote down the two style numbers of the dresses Because she knew my daughter wanted to bring the girls back to try them on. She did call to see if she could set up an appointment. The owner was rude and said it is Prom season so they would have to pay to use the two fitting rooms. The money would go toward the dresses When she bought them. My daughter said I was just there and we did not have to pay to use a fitting room. He mentioned on the phone that he was not in business to keep the internet going. She was going in with the girls to have them try on the two dresses and see which one they liked better of the two. That would be at least 800. in his pocket. She decided they would all go together without an appointment. They showed up shortly after opening. The Owner asked them if they had an appointment when they said no he said they could come back at 3:00 and they had to pay for the fitting room. He again mentioned it is Prime Prom season. So if you go to look at prom dresses you do not have to pay for a fitting room. If you go to try on Bridesmaids dresses you do? When they refused to pay to have an appointment the Owner went off on them about how he is not in the business to support the internet. The five girls left without trying anything on. I called Mark going to say one of those girls was here from Texas. He immediately cut me off and said " you don't know the whole story. Have a good day." He hung up the phone on me. Again these girls were in fact going to go in and pick one of the two dresses my daughter really liked there. They had full intentions of buying there. Thanks to Mark's unprofessional manners they did end up going online and found different dresses that look as beautiful and cost less. He in fact lost 800.+ because he was straight up rude!

Last week my daughter went with friends and a friend's parent to Needlemans to shop for prom…read moredresses. The whole experience was off putting and not fun. When they walked in store they were immediately told to take their shoes off and leave them on the carpet. And the sales people also asked if an adult was present. Even though they are 18. No pleasantries or welcomes were made...just questions barked at them. My daughter and friends are a range of sizes but were looking fwd to shopping and trying on dresses together. The sales staff didn't even ask what kind of dresses they were looking for or what their sizes were. Instead they guided my daughter and her mid size friend to the 0, 1, 2 racks at one side of the store, then brought her other plus side friend to the opposite side of the store that had larger sizes, in a smaller selection. The girls were hovered over...watched... only allowed a couple dresses at a time, and were never engaged in a fun way, making the experience positive for them. Instead, they all felt body shamed, since my daughter and friend were bigger than zero through two, and their other friend was banished to another section. The sales people also seemed annoyed to have to deal with teenagers, period. All of whom had plenty of money and were prepared to spend it! We went to David's Bridal last year for prom and they were much more welcoming and helped us enjoy our experience. Their prices and variety of styles were also a lot better. Unfortunately they closed down this year. I'm aware that Needleman's is in a different class of stores than David's bridal, but boy do they act like it. Uppity and snobby. And again, we were able to pay their prices if the girls had found something that they liked. There are also no refunds or returns, and they don't sell accessories. I guess they're that confident in their overpriced inventory? This "scene" must go over well with the wedding crowd or older customers? Or they treat others better? Not sure how they will expand their market if they treat 18 year olds this way. I will never go there again for dress for myself or for my daughter.

I get that some places are short staffed, but they probably shouldn't book appointments things if they're not gonna be available to help at said appointment time. They said the store dress was stretched due to others trying it on. They should have mentioned that the new dress will be smaller. We had to return several times to try to get a good dress with no issues. Eventually we gave up and left with a dress we were unhappy with.

This seamstress caused me more stress, tears, and frustration than I thought possible during what was supposed to be the happiest time of my life. She was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and downright dishonest. She took me on as a client and assured me my dress would be ready well before the wedding. It wasn't. I didn't receive my dress until the day before my wedding--a nightmare no bride should ever face. On multiple occasions, after I had already taken time off work and was getting ready to drive an hour to meet her, she would cancel last-minute. Once, I wasn't even contacted--I showed up with my fiancé and child in the car, only to be told she and the bridal shop had "been trying to reach me all day." It was 5 PM. My phone had zero missed calls. She blatantly lied. To make matters worse, she told the boutique owner she had already informed me of the cancellation--which she hadn't. When I expressed how stressed I was, her response? "I have nine other dresses to do." If you can't handle the work, don't take on brides who are trusting you with something so meaningful. Her lack of transparency, last-minute cancellations, and rude attitude turned what should've been an exciting process into a complete emotional rollercoaster. Brides deserve better. Find someone who will treat your dress--and you--with the care, respect, and honesty you deserve. DO NOT recommend. -0000000/10. Lisa do better.
