I leave voicemails to both front desk and nurses station but do not recieve call backs ever. I am still waiting for them to call in a prescription for me a week later and still nothing, when I finally get someone on the phone the excuse is, they are slammed. All doctors offices are busy but customer is still present. Edit: Soon after my original review (on Google), the office manager called me to apologize for the terrible customer service that I experienced. A few days later, I recieved a letter in the mail (see photo) that I have been cut off in the middle of treatment by Dr. Lee. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this was. Completely unethical.

If you have any type of gynecological issue, he will get to the bottom of it and fix it if it can be fixed.
