They're all very efficient at what they do and are always happy to see me come and go I have never had a bad appointment at this place. Dr Kennedy knows his field and is turning out to be one of the best physicians I've ever gone to. If you are a new patient he will come in the room and introduce himself and put his folders down on the counter shake your hand and completely this into everything you have to say and we'll spend time with you. Then as you return to make a return visit or a monthly visit you do not have to wait long in the lobby normally about 10 to 15 minutes maybe and then once you are triaged you're put in your room and you might sit in that room 10 minutes before he shows up and gets you in and out depending on what you're there for He's fast when he needs to be I'm very thorough when he needs to be.

I've heard bad things about Dr. Howington before we started going but I didn't pay attention to what others said but now I know exactly what they meant. My daughter was scheduled for an appointment today, after he looked at her teeth We were told he couldn't do it today We would need to reschedule. When asked why we were scheduled if he didn't have time he told me to shut my trap. I've never said anything about the long wait we always have going there but I'm here to tell you everything she has to have work done we are there for 3 to 4 hours. They give her numbing meds then she waits up to an hour before they come back then they have to numb her again. I've dealt with it because we really liked going but for him to have the audacity to tell someone to shut their trap is just ridiculous. I will not be going back.

Follow-up results for MRI were poorly relayed by nursing staff. No call back or follow up regarding questions or concerns. You cannot speak with PA or Dr., you can only relay message through staff. When suffering through issues from a brain tumor and concerned and to not be given a professional medical follow up is a disgrace.
