They were very responsive and flexible as a couple of us decided to change our minds for what we wanted. When we arrived, there was parking readily available, and the technicians were waiting for us. The salon is on the smaller side but very clean and inviting. Three of us got gel x full sets and one got a regular gel manicure. The experience was very soothing, and the technicians were gentle and checked in frequently to ensure the length and colors were to our liking. We were visiting from out of town but I'm looking forward to the next time I come to the Richmond area because I will for sure book another appointment!

I would have definitely returned had she refunded me but now I never will and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here either. And I don't believe for a minute she would've refunded me as she said in her email that it might've been my fault it chipped lol. Why would I chip my own nail I paid $75 for? Offering $10 to fix it when you could've just refunded me and 1) kept a customer & 2) prevented a 1 star review would've probably made more sense as a business owner. I gave a 4 star originally because I truly thought the people there were nice & originally thought the lady did a good job. No nail should chip after 48 hours & having 3 chip after 1 week is ridiculous. Where I go, where I live, my nails last a month. No chips. Oh well!
