She told me it is typical to have a second treatment and it would be another $300 on top of the $1000 I have already spent. It says the Studio does not stand behind their work and certainly doesn't provide customer satisfaction. I am soooo disappointed - this was my 75th birthday present to myself. When I showed up at my appointment, Rhea was sweet and welcoming, and very professional. She guided me through every step and took so much time getting the right shape for me. I am extremely picky, a major perfectionist, and that didn't bother her at all - she was happy to spend as much time as needed to create the perfect shape that I was happy with. I wanted a thin, very natural shape and Rhea created a custom shape that was absolutely perfect!
