The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home.
