The stove was black and caked with nastiness. The bathrooms looked like they'd never been cleaned and honestly it was too much of a task for me to handle myself. After showing up and giving me a free estimate the day before, The ladies showed up on our scheduled date and were very punctual. They brought their own supplies and immediately started working. The whole house got worked over. I didn't think it could be this clean. 2 very nice ladies spent from 9am until 4pm hustling and bustling around the house. The kitchen was scrubbed top to bottom, the grout looks amazing, and the stove top and oven look brand new. Bathrooms are now sparkling clean, and they even wiped down the walls and switch plates, Vacuumed, dusted... the whole shebang.

Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. If you concerned about harsh chemicals, you have the option to bring organic cleaning supplies and they are more then happy to use those materials. The biggest plus is the worry free business I conduct with Myra and her team. With as busy as life can be having my house clean is not one of my concerns. They arrive within the window they are supposed to, they do a good job and I don't need to bother asking for anything more. This being my 4th cleaning service, by far this company is the best. Wrong 9:30 rolled around and the calls kept going to voicemail not answering calls I guess.Finally was able to reach Ms.Mayra and she had a unpleasant unprofessional tone and said that we mixed up the hours and that we had an appointment at 10 somewhere else and she would be there by 10? Huh? Wanted to give Ms. Mayra and her team business but this is not worth the time when you don't show up and try to put blame on the customer. Like I said don't bother with hiring her at all.

I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

I provided a wet vacuum, but it wasn't used properly, which left parts of the carpet overly wet and required extra cleanup afterward. The job wasn't terrible, and they did complete everything within about 2-3 hours, but for the cost, I expected more attention to detail.
