I drove in from out of state, and me and my adult daughter wanted to get a much needed muscle work. I called beforehand to make sure they had availability, and we were greeted pleasantly. However, as soon as the woman began my session, I felt like I was getting abused. She was not gently at all. It was more like rough pushing, way too hard even though I said medium pressure. She flung the sheet over me without care. She was also sick because she had to leave the room to hack up her coughing and drink water. This was not what I wanted or needed. Not worth the price either. The next 2 days, my upper back and spine was bruised. I should have filed a complaint, but hope this message speaks for itself. So disappointed and hurt.
