Attic Treasures has so many items, it's unbelievable how the owner can fit everything in her store! What's interesting, I saw so many Raggedy Ann dolls and vintage, women hats that aren't as prolific at other antique shops AND she even has several Siesta Ware cookie jars that I've never seen at other shops. I've visited antique shops in Rosenburg, Alvin, and in Houston many times and I've never seen these jars there. The prices are a little more than other shops, but understandable since some of her items I have not seen anywhere else. Irma, the owner, is super friendly and so sweet! I probably spent more time chatting with her than browsing. She is so amazing, she gave me career advice! LOL Her fur baby, Precious is super cute and followed me around the store until I cuddled her. Can't wait to come back and spend half a day browsing and hoping to snag a great deal!

Came in to buy backpacks for my kids. When I went to the counter to pay, the gentleman calculated…read morethe price, stated the total and attempted to charge me but then realized the machine was down. It wasn't a big deal because I was going to the food court to grab a bite to eat, so I figured I'd come back ,in about half an hour, and hopefully it would be working again. When I came back there was a lady working, she stated she was the owner, so I proceeded to ask if the machine was back up and she said indeed it was. My backpacks were already bagged behind the counter, so I let her know the situation, since the gentleman was no longer there. She asked me what total he had given me for both bags so I told her it was $24 with change. I wasn't sure of the exact cent amount. She then told me, she wasn't sure how he came up with that total because it was supposed to be $33 before taxes. I was a little shocked. I mean I could understand if it was a couple of dollars off but this lady was pretty much charging me for another bag, if compared to the price the gentleman, who she later said was her son, was charging me. I communicated my dissatisfaction and she proceeded to say that he didn't work there and he didn't know the prices. I was very confused because he was the only one working when I was there the first time and I'm sure he wasn't just pulling numbers out of the sky when he gave me a total. This is definitely not how a business should be run.

anyone saying this mall is amazing is delusional or paid for a good review, sure it's had its…read morebetter times but really let's be serious, tell me why you have 2 options in your food court probably only 1 soon and not only that but why leave the a/c broken for over a year on the side of the mall where your food court is where they have fryers and grills that add to the heat. 1/2 your mall has stores (you guessed it , the side that has a/c) when there's only 3 stores on the side that's hotter then the Texas heat. Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or walk/wait on the hotter side of the mall. Be better management and do something about that ac because it's ridiculous.

I also left a couple of rings I needed resized and my grandmothers saltwater pearls they needed too be restrung.I have had them re-strung a few times before over the years but now I would have to wait until August to get them back from the jeweler. He outsources his pearl stringing and when I picked them up the first time it took them two months to get them back to me. I wore them one time and the string started to fray and of course I took them back in and ask them to correct the problem. I only wear my pearls every now and again so for the string to fray and slack between pearls on the first day I wore them shows me that the workmanship was seriously flawed. I took the strand back and it has taken me till August to get them. The stupid part is they made ME pay them again for the warranty work. They chose to outsource the work. I had no idea they did not do their own pearl repairs. Making me pay for it again was a total shakedown. They had my heirloom jewelry and instead of Doing the right thing and guaranteeing their work, they forced to pay in order to get my jewelry back. Do not shop here. It will cost you. Do not use them for repairs. They don't stand by their work.
