We were back at Thanksgiving and actually got a level to see if we were imagining things. It was every so slightly off, but enough to compromise the game. We reached out to Jahan 3 times to see if there was anything he could do ( have the company that set it up come back out). While he was great during the sales process, he NEVER responded to any of our emails about our concern. Very disappointing to care about the sale and not the satisfaction, especially from a repeat customer.

I followed up and was told November...never heard from them again...I followed up in November and was told they didn't make the chairs any longer but that I could get 2 other chairs that were close in design...not ideal but agreed. No follow up...I called right after the holidays and was told they were ordered...nothing. I have now asked on four different occasions for a full refund for the two chairs $2,000 + . We are being stonewalled with "our CFO needs to approve..." and other excuses. I now have to file a suit Monday to get a court to force them to keep their commitment.
