He wrote it on his order sheet and told me when to come back to pick it up and I confirmed the order with a photo of the bottle on my phone. Although everyone is not demonstrative with enthusiasm, his quiet and friendly demeanor made me feel that he cared about what I wanted as a customer. I'd be glad to go back there to buy or order.
