Definitely not coming back. Brought my four year old here once before to get him a fade and line up. Nah, wasn't to happy to begin with. Decided to just take him to our regular barber 20 minutes away. Well just recently I was in a pinch with out regular barber being booked, and I was getting on the road the next day to go to Cali, I walked in with my son to get out haircuts, to find three barbers. One male was cutting, the other was leaning back in his chair watching tv, and the older Hispanics female was cutting someone as well, (by the looks of it, she was only a few minutes into his cut). Well I sat down, and was asked by the working male if I had an appointment, to which I responded "no I don't, are you guys only taking appointments right now?", and was told "nah, SHE'LL be able to cut you after that guy", I said ok. 5 minutes pass, the not busy male moves from his barber chair to the customer chair to keep playing on his phone and watching tv. Never acknowledging that I was even waiting, I kept looking at him to see if we'd make eye contact, we would but he would look away. 20 minutes now, the not busy barber, gets up, takes his apron off, and says "I'll be back".....I look back at the female barber, (because I've been hearing her take part in conversation with her client since I walked in)......SHE LITERALLY HAS NOT MADE ANY PROGRESS, dude doesn't even have his fade started yet. Also, I've been watching the male barber the whole time, he's spending more time on his phone changing the music he's listening to, then on the haircut. 40 minutes now, 2nd barber hasn't returned yet, busy barber has finally finished his client, and has moved onto a customer that walked in after me (which I assumed had an appointment), I look back at the Hispanic lady (since she hasn't stopped talking to her client for 40 minutes now), he STILL doesn't have a fade, but she's lined up the back of his hair with a square, (basically he just got a 40 minute taper) but nowhere near done. I tell them I have to leave and ask if their open the following day (thanksgiving eve), to which they respond "yea, what time do you want to come in, we can let HER know what time to be ready".....they didn't even give me an option of a barber. I didn't want her, mainly due to the quality I perceived while there. Secondly she's too damn slow. But honestly, there's no way in hell I'd ever return. Cool gimmick with the beer and stuff. But the customer service is an abortion. They seem like they don't even like what they're doing, or even wanna be there. I'll continue driving 20 minutes to go see my regular barber. read more

Horrible customer service. When I walked in there was no one waiting to be cut. I was the next customer, there was two barbers the female barber closest to the door was on her phone so I sat and waited. Customer 5 minutes later walks in and she takes him in with no hesitation and then gets off her phone. Ten minutes later 2 other customers walk in & after that cut the gentlemen takes them. An entire hour later the gentlemen in the third chair takes the couple that walks in not even 20 minutes meanwhile I've been waiting for over an hour. F*** this shit ass wanna be barber joint. I would give 0 stars if I could. A guy named Eric looks half white half Asian. He completely messed up my hair. I asked for a low taper and have no idea what he was trying to do. Seems like he doesn't even know how to use the clippers I had bald spots when he was done. I had to get someone else that worked there try to fix it. Ended up with a high fade. Even his fellow barbers couldn't believe what he did to my hair. If I was a manager at that barbershop I would fire him on the spot. I stopped in today to get a haircut. This was my 2nd time coming here (I actually got my haircut on the 1st visit). For some backstory: The 1st visit, I walked in, got ZERO acknowledgment and sat down. Eventually a hispanic lady asked if I wanted my hair cut (duh). I sat down in the chair and told her I wanted a number 1 on the sides and back with a #2 on top, tapered in the back. Simple right? Ahhh no. That haircut took well over 45 minutes (and I don't have much hair to begin with). I opted to give them a 2nd visit today. I walked in and was actually greeted by a nice young lady, who asked if I had an appt. I told her no and she said the 2 barbers were just finishing up with their clients and I would be tended to shortly. There was a young black male and an older hispanic lady cutting hair. Both their clients looked like they would be finished in 10-15 min. Geez was I wrong!! I sat there for over 45 minutes and I did not notice any change in the clients haircuts. The male apparently was content running the clippers over the clients already bald head and the hispanic lady was way more interested in conversation that cutting hair. I don't care what haircut you ask for...it does NOT take 45 minutes to cut hair. I ended up just walking out. Poorly managed and as slow as molasses in the freezer. I will not be returning to this shop. I had originally decided to go to the local shop to help the small business during the pandemic. I could have just as easily gone to Luke to get my haircut. This particular shop apparently doesn't need my help since the 2 clients they had, had been in their chairs for over an hour. I will make the drive to Luke for a 15 minute haircut at half the price. I'd give them a half star if I could. Definately not star worthy...I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.... read more

Alright, to start, I gave them two stars instead of one only because they have a nice shop and were hospitable. The shop is nice and very clean and the barbers and bartender were quite nice. However, this does not help the fact that in the 7 years of getting fades for the service have I ever, and I mean EVER been cut or "razor" bit by any barber I've ever gone to. The barber I seen today was good, but he was in way too much of a rush. My head still hurts from how hard this guy was pushing the clippers to my dome! It felt like he was trying to sharpen his clippers, not give me a haircut! That and the fact that he could t follow the pre-existing line in my part to line me up right is disappointing. It was literally 1/8th of an inch away from where he gave me a completely separate line. Now it just looks like stairs in my hair. The whole rushing thing could have been avoided as I even asked the individual if they had time for a cut before an appointment 23 min from the time I sat in their chair. They said "yes, 23 min was plenty of time". No, no 23 minutes was obviously not enough time. Between the rushed haircut and the fact that they charged me and extra $3 for a line up and $5 for a line part is the reason for the 2 stars. If I wanted to pay extra to get lined up I would have just skipped it and asked mastercuts to do it for free (which I would never suggest as mastercuts sucks more than any other place I've been to). Overall, horrible cut and horrible prices, but if you want to chill, drink a beer and decent conversation, this could be the place. They should stick to liquor, cut out the barber part. BTW: I paid full price even with all those razor bites, which beer done by the CLIPPERS, not even the razor!Not even an offer for a discount. read more

I went in and there were people sleeping. I sat down and not long after, another employee comes in and was looking for the manager who apparently wasn't there and then the professionalism of the place was apparent. Drama ensued. The kid who was cutting my beard started talking quite unprofessionally and he claims that the bossman likes to undercut his people... whether it is true or not I should not be hearing this. He gets done cutting me and I look in the mirror and he botched my mustache! I get up and go to pay and find out he doesn't even know how to cash out! Someone had to do it for him! read more

What an absolute nightmare. Great concept that is horribly managed. Lousy customer service, language barrier with "barber", and my haircut turned out terrible. Service is terrible, they hardly speak to you. We scheduled an appointment and waited over an hour, we ask for a trim for my son and the guy chopped up his hair with short and long pieces. The barber was laughing and goofing off with a co worker while cutting hair, they barely speak or communicate well with customers. read more

Yes, I checked this place out. I made an appointment on Sunday morning for 9:30. So happy to find a place that's open on Sunday. Got there at 9:20 she was finishing up her previous appointment. That was cool. Then it was 9:45 and she was still on the same appointment. That's okay, I understand things take longer than expected or maybe he added something. Then it was 10. Then the owner comes to me and says that she's going to "line up" another customer and keep us waiting. We left. Yes, the video games are nice, unless you have to pay while you're waiting for your appointment when it runs more than 45 minutes late. Yes they have a bar. What an amazing fun take on Barber/Salon's!! I purchased a few groupons for my husband and son. I'm glad I didn't miss out on the opportunity to hang out and have a beer that was included with the groupon deal while waiting for my son to get his haircut. They offer domestic and imported drafts as well as wine coolers, wine and snacks. I paid the difference .50 cents to get a Dos Equis because only the domestic beers were offered with the groupon which isn't bad. There's a separate seating area set up like a restaurant right on the other side from where you get your haircut with screen TVs hanging on the wall and arcade games. Not to forget the haircuts! The stylists are friendly helpful and take their time to do a great job on their clients. My husband has spoken to the owner on several occasions and says he's very friendly and happy to accommodate his customers. I spoke to a stylists today and she said you could request special reservations for a group of people to come in and watch a game on the TV's in their dining/waiting area. Also, my husband said it would be fun to have a group of friends like before a big event come in get get your haircut and have a few drinks. I decided to give this place a chance, my girlfriend was across the street getting her nails done and figured I could get a haircut... little did I know this would be the worst decision I've ever made in my life. This was hands down the worst haircut in my life, so bad that I am embarrassed to go out in public or be seen, I am waiting for my hair to grow back and hopefully fix this. I am very polite and not rude that I still paid for this haircut. I'm not sure if this was the persons first haircut but at one point I was laying down getting a full hair cut. I can not describe the unprofessionalism this was had complete faith . I now have barely no hair to repair, went in for a fade and ended up basically bald, uneven sides and basically patches of different length hair. Let me start by saying I love the idea and I believe this shop has great potential, and the gentleman who owns this establishment is a nice guy. I have been there a few times and always seen different barbers the cuts were always hit and miss. There is onetime I remember getting cut there and explained to the barber what I wanted and got something entirely different. So I decided to move on and continue my search for a permanent barber. Fast forward a months later me and my son decide to walk to the local frys and as we are walking past beverage and barber and I look at my sons wild mop I decide to give them a shot. My son always liked the place because of the games and snacks, and it is very close to home so it's convenient for us. We walk in right behind another man and his son. The barber first chair on the left I believe his name is O welcomes us. We were acknowledged! I notice 3 barbers and 1 other person in sitting down and the father and son that came before us. So the wait should be not that long. I grab me and my son a drink and have a seat. I'm noticing more and more people coming in and I'm wondering how do they know the order. I ask the lady working the register if ther is a sign in sheet and she looks confused and says no you just gotta kinda hang out... Ok so I sit and hang out and I start to notice some of these people that came in after us are getting called. By this time there are now 4 barbers. So I give them the benefit of a doubt that maybe ...just maybe they are appts. Until a lady comes in at least 1hr after me asks the barber how many people are ahead of my son and he looks around and says oh he will be next! .... at this point I'm ready to walk out until I hear another barber ask who's next to the lady that was running the register and she points to us and says them. So I tell my self we are next and if I waited this long I might as well just wait. So next chair becomes available and if you think we were called next I'm sorry to say that the story does not end that way. He called another father son duo that came in after the lady who came in with her son. I had to leave there was no way I was going to give this shop my money. That's a 50-60 dollars I will spend somewhere else. So the service was horrible and it was unorganized. Came in Sunday morning around 9 and the woman there (whos speech I could hardly understand) told me to leave because they weren't open and that I came in too early. She seemed really irritable when I asked her regarding what time my boyfriend and I could come back and she didn't answer with nothing more than a dirty look. Needless to say we just left. Visited shop for teenage son 1st time on 5/6. Nice clean friendly staff & atmosphere! They even sanitize barber chair after each customer. Everything was soooo clean! Open later than most which was a plus for that last min haircut....lots of flatscreens & a game system for kids in waiting area & arcade games in beverage area. Chairs were soooo comfortable...it's obvious that every employee takes pride & time to make sure each customer left with a Cleannnnnn fresh look! The wait was a little long but we were all customers in the last hour & there was plenty of entertainment! Price was affordable too! I bought a Groupon for my son as a birthday gift. He got there at 9:30, half an hour after the salon was supposed to be open. The vendor girl was nice and was very apologetic and called the owner, who wouldn't pick up after her multiple attempts so she tried calling the manager, who informed us that barbers only come in 10 and no earlier. We had other arrangements that day and were very impatient. But we still stayed because of the amicable nature of the vendor. At around 10, a barber had yet to show up. The girl recieved a phone call not too long after and informed us that the barber wouldn't be in for another hour! The girl was still very genuine and sympathetic and apologized to my son and I. Eventually a barber showed up two hours after opening! He got his haircut by the short blonde barber and got a a few razor cuts on his head. The barber had apparently been using a dull razor and was extra rough on my son's head (he was trying to get a complete shave and go bald) and ended with multiple sensitive cuts on his head. When we went to check out, the girl was still very apologetic after everything and only charged us for the beer my son had and even had some lotion near her to put on my suns head to protect his cuts from the sun. The lack of punctuality and quality of the barbers was absolutely horrendous! But because the vendor girl was still nice about our impatience and the situation, I'm giving this establishment 2 stars.
