I called to see if they could refund a portion and they refused. Lesson learned for my kid but do better. I have given excessive tips before on purpose and people always question it and I insist. Nothing was done here. So my daughter now has a partial highlight for $500. Go elsewhere.

I knew I needed some professional hair help...then I found Melissa on Instagram. I didn't have any inspiration pics since I didn't even know what could be done with my hair at that point. I explained that I wanted more volume and to try to hide my thinning hair as much as possible. She was empathetic and a good listener. She asked me questions about what type of products I used and how much time I wanted to spend on it each day, to ensure that she gave me a cut that was suited to my life. I love how it turned out! It looks so much fuller and healthier and I feel way less self conscious while I get my health in order. I have now been back a couple of times and each time I walk out of the salon feeling great!
