This was the most horrifying, embarrassing, degrading, and discriminatory visit I have ever had in my life.at an OBGYN. DR. HAYNES SHOVED AN UNLUBRICATED SPECULUM INTO ME AND WHEN IT DIDN'T FIT, AND SHE SAID IT WAS TOO LARGE SHE INSERTED ANOTHER ONE AFTER GRABBING IT OUT OF THE CABINET YET AGAIN unlubricated I NEVER RECEIVED A RECTAL EXAM AND THE BREAST exam WAS CURSORY AT BEST. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY TIME ON THIS PLANET WITH AN OB/GYN. I'm certain that Dr. Haynes will probably lie because she could get in a lot of trouble. I'm not through pursuing consequences for this either with the board at Middlesex or the department of public health. I switched to Cresent Street OBGYN and asked for Dr. Boney in specific (knowing that I have to wait 3 months to get an appointment) The office atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. Check in process is really easy and fast. I arrived 20 mins earlier than my appointment time and Dr. Boney was able to see me right after I checked in. She is such a nice, patient and thoughtful doctor. The 3 months waiting time is totally worthy.

When I went to the window I was told I had to reschedule my appointment because there is a 10 minute late policy. THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT that was out of my control. I tried calling the office when I was sitting on rte 9 but the answering service was still on duty. I understand there are policies in place however in extreme cases such as car accidents there should be some wiggle room.
